Hello, I would like to suggest a feature on how the refunds and cancellations are done. There is not a text field where the admin can write a personal message that should be sent to the customer to explain the reason of the refund or credit. I've done a couple lately and I wanted to explain the reasons why a partial refund was being done. I just couldn't because there is not such an option. The system should have a text field where custom text can be written and an email should be sent to the client with the cancellation/refund and the personalized text, if any has been added. A couple of things that would solve the member email concerning not being able to register which are being created by the Security Questions setup. Currently if someone selects the same question for 2 or more of the required questions they are returned to the registration page but there is no indicator what the issue was with the registration. Some suggestions for improving this flow Properly flag the issue if the member is returned to the registration page Rather than pre-fill the question box with the first possible option to select from, pre-fill it with something like "----Select a Question---", a non-selectable option. Hello! I have a suggestion for your plataform, or if already have this function tell me how to use then. Wordpress have a good tools to help us with thumbnails, this - perfect to use if i change my theme and want to fix all posts/pages/etc. My suggestion is allow the IPS use this concept too, for example: If i use a widget with most downloads: There have a very small image, maybe 50x50 for example. The problem is: your plataform request the full image, if my customer upload a large image, with 200kb, this will broken my SEO score. If you allow tumbnails for all parts of the theme, this problem will not happen, like - picture-50x50 or picture 150x…

Hello, Currently the solved counter in the user's pane only shows up in forums where the solved feature is enabled. See image attached. I think this counter should be shown in all forums. Just because in one particular forum we can't mark topics as solved, I don't think we should hide the fact that the user solved topics in other forums within the same community. Thanks.

I understand doing this on the board index but not for members posts in topics. 2.7k, 4.8k etc. It should stay as the long number in this case as some like to see how far they are off a certain milestone. Reputation also removed from showing in topics which I'm not that fussed about but it's harder now to find out someones reputation, as the big block on profile that used to be on the left is also not there.

Seems just like the mobile site. Just worse. At least on Android it seems to have tons of bugs too. I'm sure a lot of hard work has gone into it, but what's the point of the app versus the mobile website experience? It seems to be basically the same things but now with what I assume will be rigid formatting (skin) experience that doesn't allow any customization. This makes many of our sites incomplete on the app. It also precludes other non IPB areas of our site which does who knows what to our usage. With no ability to monetize effectively (this is a business for me... ad revenue matters) and perhaps a negative effect to website traffic and SEO/rankings as…

Whenever I flag a spammer certain actions are carried out to ban the account and IP and also soft delete their posts, but one thing that I think should be taken into consideration is freeing up display name choices of spammers. In many cases the names are now thought out well to try and bypass the antispam checks, meaning it is forever lost to genuine members registering later. Simply: On flag as spammer, also randomize the member name to guest[number] similar to what the GDPR task does. I currently am using 4.6.5.1.

I was disappointed to learn that the "time since joining" feature for achievements is just that: a guy who signed up and posted once on January 1, 2001 will have gotten a "20 years since joining!" achievement on January 1, 2021. How about an achievement rule that checks for active use of the forum? When was there first post, and their most recent? On how many days did they make a post, or at least visit (or a reaction, or vote in a poll, etc. Some sort of activity)? That would mean a LOT more than "this guy registered and hasn't been back since that day, but it's 20 years later now" achievements.

I was wondering/hoping if you could make it easier for users to manage their single allowed test install site. As someone who is facing the very real possibility of having to transit/reboot their site to an entirely different domain, I would like to be able to switch my own test install site (instead of waiting for Invision to get back to me) after I have deleted my original test site (which I have done). Quite frankly, I thought the Invision software would detect that my test site no longer existed and free up the test install site accordingly. This of course would be optimal.

We're trying to get the new ranks system to "simulate" the old pips, and I've set it up to basically have one rule - 1 point per thread/post/comment (basically any content item). But I can't seem to get it to work straight. The "Comment/reply posted" rule gave to much points so I changed it to "Content item posted" but it give to few points... Before I change it again and am forced to wait 2-3 days to see the results, can I ask for an simple explanation of the system's rule triggers (not the default ones but the ones selectable in the dropdown menu) and perhaps even add an example when a rule is triggered and an example when it isn't. e.g (only for demonstra…

Had a user with an ad running my ads typically go thru Stripe. He wanted to use PayPal It was a process is there an easier way to make such a conversion cancel the stripe subscription estimate the pro ration and start a new subscription on PP. with prorated amount? Probably not a common request but did it all manually it was crazy.

Yep, another downloads module issue. It would be really nice to be able to get some way to drag & drop uploaded screenshots and place them in a new order. Right now there appears to be no way to guarantee a particular order to screenshots associated with an upload. I'm sure it seems like a silly thing to want, but people uploading stuff to showcase their work often have a certain order they'd like things in.

Hi, A user from our community pointed out that the unread notifications (from the bell icon) are in bold, but when you click on any of them, the bold is removed from all notifications, and not only from the notification that was clicked on. Cheers.

In the activity stream it would be nice I think if when you add a file to the downloads app and it also creates a post to forum it would be nice in the activity stream would be to consolidate these in to one unified entry.
