I'm wondering how IPS see the 'follow user' feature working in relation to the Activity streams? At the moment, you get everyone's "likes" and "follows" in the Activity stream as default (without following people). What is the benefit in following people if that happens as default? Shouldn't the streams show you new content as default, then you have to follow people to get their interactions with the content included into your streams? If IPS are going to keep it as it is working now, is there an option to hide that content from the stream and only show it for people you're following (like Facebook or Twitter do it)? Personally, I think if it's hidden it makes …

Give individual members the ability to drag and drop the upper menu. I would like to drag Activity to the far left, then have Browse, then have Marketplace, then IPS4 Resources, and finally, Clients on the far right. Everyone will be different in how they like the menu items arranged but is it that difficult to make it a part of the skin, to personalize for each member?

As I have expressed, I love what you've done to the activity stream as it provides a lot of useable information on the fly. Is it possible to improve the hover card to that we can have easy to find powerful information as you've done with the activity stream? I really like the hover card below because it offers a lot of information without having to search for it. The profile page, media page and albums page are all links - the only other important items that are missing are: PM/E-Mail link and Marketplace submissions links. Thank you for considering this request.

When i subscribed last month to priority support , the fee was 225$ paid one time + 25$ each 6 month now i received an Email , saying that it will be 100$ each 6 months , and includes doing the upgrade at the end of the Email , it is mentioned that if i do not want to continue this service i can subscribe This is unfair change, if i stop the service , then i have paid the original 225$ for one cycle only. 1- you should allow the refund of the 225$ with the change from 25$ to 100$ fee either we want to continue of not at least for members who subscribed for only one cycle. 2- any subscription for a service should be valid for at least one y…

Very long blocks of code present a problem for the readability of forum threads. Commonly, this is resolved by adding a scroll bar to the block after a reasonable number of lines. IPB4 does not do this, which leads to crazy long code blocks and almost unreadable threads like this one. Could we please have scroll bar functionality for code blocks in 4.1?

I think this is a recent change with the menu structure. Previously on my tablet I could single click Activity and it would open up the choice for All Activity / Custom Steams but without changing the page. Then I could select my custom stream. Now something has changed and clicking on Activity is pausing and automatically loading All Activity so I have to wait seconds for that stream to load before I can select my stream. Essentially I have to always view All Activity before I can get to the actual stream I want making it annoying to view on a tablet. Easiest to see on an iPad/similar in landscape. Since there was a post from a staff member earlier about 2F authentication features, I have some suggestions for systems to implement: Google Authenticator: It's used by so many people, it's pretty much a standard for mobile app auth.FIDO U2F: A new protocol, it's supported in web browsers and makes use of cheap hardware tokens like this one. It's very secure and safe from phishing attacks because of it's design, and it's a standardized system. Sites like google and dropbox have started adding support. Super easy to use.

I prefer the old way where we had to click the Menu Tabs. Or if the hover method is preferred then be consistent and make hover for all menus (e.g. User Nav).

For the power brokers in the Invision Board community, it might be very useful to add a parens counts after the activity streams, default and custom. So for my custom streams, it would show in the drop down as: New Unread Topics (16) New Files I Needed Yesterday (3) So this would probably mean adding an additional feature or tweak to the edit custom stream and default stream (in the ACP), allowing people to enable it and also to show it only depending on if a certain filter feature was selected, such as Since last logged in ?

Would it be possible to add the website name/title information into the notification? I use several sites that have IPB4.0 now and will end up having 4.1 soon too (as will my own 3.4.8 site eventually) The addition of the site name to the notification would help identify whether I really want to click on the notification or not.

To sum up, I dislike working in the Pages area and like working in the themes area because of one reason. When saving your work in themes it does it all very smoothly without reloading the page. However, when saving a file in the Pages app, it reloads the page and takes you back to the 'details' section. So this means every time I have to click back on the 'content' tab and then find the position I was last working on. This can get very tiresome when working on files with large amounts of code. If the "fluid" saving style of themes isn't possible for files in Pages for some technical reason, then at least have it so when someone clicks on 'Save and reload' it reloads…

It would be great if there was a checkbox to allow the end user to pin their ( one or more - ACP limited by permission or group ) custom menu to the second level (or - top level) navigation bar. In the current implementation the admin has forced the experience (in the case here - All Activity)- I would say my users may think it's just too much noise and it is the default for this site. Once they customize their setting and choose it as a default or move it to the top of the list clicking the main Activity tab would execute their custom stream. Unless admin's make make a stream (i.e. recreate the VNC) that best suits the community and moves it to the top le…

Thank you, IPS, for the customisable feed widgets that were added in a recent update. I think they're ace! There's just one problem from the perspective of a multilingual site: Titles can only be in one language. In this instance, I created the feeds when using language 2 and so those are the titles being used. (Ignore that the content happens all to be in English - we haven't opened our site to the public yet and are using uniquely English amongst ourselves, although this will change and we'll be using two languages soon.) This is a bugbear for me with widgets in general anyway; why can't we give them language-specific titles? They have language-specific …

Ive been quite vocal about the what I feel about 4.0, what I think it is missing/bugs etc. I decided to wait for a few more releases and wow, very impressed. Loving the skin changes and the activity stream is super awesome! Off to play with the other new stuff, and give the editor a test on mobile ;P Well done!

Has this ability been removed? Sometimes we have long pinned posts we want to edit and see more of it on screen and would like to resize the editor to be able to do this....but in version 4.0.13.1 I can no longer do this it seems. Is this the expected behavior? Is there another editor we can install and use? Can we modify ckeditor to be resizeable? Thank you in advance! Jason
