There doesn't seem to be a way to find a list of posts I made in the stream, unless I am missing it which is entirely possible.

Now what? "Content I started" is only topics I started, and "Content I have posted in" brings up posts by others.

I think Advanced Search is what you want:

Doh! It was right in front of me.

There's a bug though, it only returns 25 results (using Topics).

But your question was about specific groups.  When I looked at specific members, it asks for authors.  So that could be Marcher and TSP and Joel but not a group.

"My Activity" did a better job returning more than 25 results.

It's a bug, if you refresh the stream the Load more activity option appears.
