The option to change the fiter do not appear if I choose an option that has no records: The only option here is to enter again on Leaderboard, which takes seconds depending on your server. So the request is to add the filter outside the "records" row... that will make it appear everytime. Thank you.

We are a community that holds a lot of online classes and lectures using a chat client, both for private sessions and in public classes. After each session, we need to post to our forum and email out a copy of the transcript to participating students. Currently we are forced to use a third-party chat platform and disable the IPS chat feature if we want to have a clean copy of a chat log that we can either copy or export it in a way that can be posted or emailed. Can we get this copy/export option for IPS Chat so that we can save chats per session? I would love to get away from replacing your chat system with a third-party chat. We are on the Cloud Platform.…

I noticed today that you are working on IPS 4.2. One of the new features I'd like to see is to require the use of INNODB engine and group requests within SQL transactions. So, if a user post updates more than one table, all the updates for saving the post to the database are done in one transaction. If some update fails in the transaction, the entire transaction should rolled back. This means that the transaction only changes the underlying database tables if the transaction is COMMIT'ed at the end of the transaction. Hello again. I don't like the way shipping rates work in Commerce. I find it counter intuitive and its current limitations and complexity makes it hardly usable. It does not make sense to me that I should create a shipping rate and then choose which products it is available for. It does not make sens because the rates work with From/To ranges of weights or number of items but that makes absolutely no sense if you want to work with number of item because, for example, a T-Shirt would cost much more to ship than a sticker. The RSS feed currently only displays the title, link, content and dates of posts. I would like to be able to display the author (potentially with a link to their profile) along with the topic. A small addition that would enhance the RSS feed.

In my site by default search type is 'All Content'. But if i try to search member's name, then i see 0 results. And if I select 'members' type of serach - i can found him. Why 'All content' type of search is not include member name search? It's strange logic fou our users. Fast search input with select all content must search in all content (members too). I just got an email from my host that one of my boards are used for sending spam. They had to block one IP (I checked that IP - it was down in the far-east I'm on the latest version IPS. I try to solve this now by switching to sparkpost for all email. Does anyone have such experience - any other suggestions?

Forgive the topic title (and ignore my current membergroup, I just renewed my license) but Sparkpost has turned into an unmitigated disaster for me. It took me about a month to figure out how to configure the service for my site and it worked fine for about six months. Then, all of a sudden, Sparkpost terminated my account for violating their service. The thing is, they never sent me an email indicating what I did to violate their service nor that my account was terminated. Hello, In Canada we pay a 5% tax on goods and services all accross Canada. Some provinces also have their own tax which is usually included in a harmonized tax that is collected by said province and is charged as one tax. Unfortunately, in Quebec the taxes are not harmonized in this way and they have to appear separately in the invoice. It doesn't seem to make much sense the way it is: The post that has 17 likes isn't the first one, which is linked in the title. To go to the right link, I need to click in the date. If that row is to display a post that had 17 likes, its title should lead you to that post, not to the first of the topic.

It would be useful to have a deselect button in the moderation toolbar which loads on the bottom of the screen, as if you select posts but for whatever reason don't take action, they're then left selected and the moderation toolbar loads every time you revisit the thread. If that thread happens to be busy, it's a time consuming and annoying process to try to find the posts again to deselect them manually.

I'm not sure if it's the Leaderboard that's causing the problem(s) I've been having since updating to 4.1.17, but several times today I'd find a mysql process pegged at 100% on my server, preventing anyone from viewing anything on the site until I killed the process (which, to make things simpler, I'd often just kill/restart mysqld and httpd). I don't know if it's someone checking the "all-time" stats on the Leaderboard or something else entirely, but I've disabled the Leaderboard for now and will see if the problem disappears. I hope to heck whatever is causing this quickly becomes a known issue with a fix issued, because right now it's really bad - I can't be …

So good SEO and rankings in Google. I have a new site but already I lie among the top 10 and on the first page of Google. IPS is so perfect. I can write the URL in Swedish with Swedish Å, Ä, Ö. It gives Pefekt SEO and rankings for me. what can I say? Thanks IPS!

I'm not sure whether this is a bug or not, but it sure looks odd to me... It seems users are able to insert emojis into topic titles (which irritates me as an admin, but it's not the end of the world). But what's much stranger, is that the emojis are then also included in the URL! I didn't know that was even possible! That's surely going to cause all sorts of issues. Can we turn this off?

Once in a while I go in and delete the spam accounts. Firstly, it would be great to be able to multi-select and delete all. Secondly, something which is of grave concern is that once you delete a spammer account, the member list reverts to 'all' rather than back to the spammers list. I can't imagine a good reason for this and deleted 5 accounts of genuine members before I realised it had done this. Ideally, it needs to stay on the spammers list, although this wouldn't be necessary if my first point was actioned.
