Hello, Community! Were you see the black arrow is the fact it hides extra features to edit the topic's or something else. Why is it we still have to scroll down more to see these. Someone not good with computers wont this and keep looking for while until they find it. As of right now I had to make a guide explaining the long manage menu, to see the extra options. It would be nice to move the manage options for just the topic to some were else instead of making it soooo long it can't be seen, and making the members look. thanks.

In Gallery, it would be nice see an option to have Private albums accessible with a password, that the creator sets, and can share with guests.

Would be nice to have the option on automatically adding either a sub-role(s) or a primary role based on which club the member joins. That way, an admin can assign members to clubs or approve members and they are given roles based on the club settings. Was looking for a plugin. Not really able to find anything that can do that. But since these are core features, figured I would suggest it here.

If a user tries to link or embed something that is not HTTPS it will either auto correct to https:// or not show the link quite frankly with lets encrypt and cloudflare people have no reason not to ssl now

Hi there, we have drastically reduced our menu from day one and Guidelines were one of our tabs. Now with v4.3.1, a click doesn't switch to that tab, but shows kind of a new page. All other tabs work just as expected. Could you have a look into it? Here are two screenshots:

Hello, IPB Community, I got to wondering how can we maybe get better filter options for all activity on which is shown on that page? Maybe disallow it showing new users joining the community for their own privacy, or what type of apps should be allow to be shown on that activity bar to the wider community.

Been quite a stressful year for me with moving to IPS. I was warned I would expect a drop in google ranking/listings, I just didn't realise quite how bad it would be. I have pestered IPS support numerous times with my concerns and am pretty sure they are tired of me by now :).The good news is we seem to have turned a corner. End of July was when we converted and other than a massive spike(due to an article going semi-viral) the site on the whole went into steady decline reaching levels the site was at about 9 years ago. Nice idea, but maybe it would be cooler if there would be at the beginning on the left something like "unread posts". First time seeing this I thought, wtf does this blue line mean and after reloading the page it was gone there must be something wrong with my browser.

Good evening everyone, Just wondering if there is a feature/option/mod available to send an email - on a weekly basis - trending threads and events in order to entice older members to return to the site? I know it can be done manually via bulk email, but an automated feature would be wonderful. Any suggestions?

Hi everyone, I have been looking for a way to schedule (delay) sending an email, but it doesn't appear to be an option with this product. Is it really not possible to set a day/time in advance for an email to be sent out? We have committee nominations coming up, and we'd like to send them out at a particular time (generally early morning when everyone is asleep) but I don't want to be awake at 3am to send off the email. Would it be possible to add this option?

Everything is working fine in 4.2.8, however there are some warnings when dev is enabled due to the count() method and it's new changes. You can get around it by just throwing @count() in front of it but I'm wondering if resolutions will be made in 4.3. Thanks!

Hello, Due to the absence of a bug tracker, I figured the feedback area was appropriate. I've been using the 4.x theme system ever since the 4.x beta's and have come across bugs that are seemingly fixed in one version, but broken a few updates later. After working with xenforo's theme system recently and failing to come across a single bug, I figured I'd report on issues with the IPS system so it can be brought inline with xenforo's success. To whom it may concern, I want to disallow the ability for members to register via social media, it still be able to use the Promote feature. Previously in 4.2, all I had to do was disable Twitter as a login method after linking the appropriate account to my admin profile. That no longer works, and won't promote unless the Twitter login method is enabled. Can this be changed back? Cheers!

I'm currently browsing with a tablet. In the IPS marketplace, I often want to view the files screenshots. If I open them, there are arrows to browse previous or next screenshots. But the browsing-arrows are really small, mostly invisible and most of the times I don't hit them accurately. Especially if they are not shown from the beginning. Then the screenshot images open in a new browser tab. This behavior is unwanted. I know other lightboxes, where you can click on any vertical area on the image (f.e. 1/3 of the image area on the left and right side) to browse. New custom login method has an issue with processing avatars in some cases. Some networks don't return actual URL for avatar, but instead return some kind of ID, which then should be inserted in generic URL. For example, Yandex returns default_avatar_id, which then should be inserted in this URL: https://avatars.yandex.net/get-yapic/{default_avatar_id}/islands-200 Currently it is not possible to receive an avatar from Yandex and all similar cases due to limitations in custom login handler. To whom it may concern, Is there any possibility of getting a Partially Open club? What I mean here is that club owners don't want to verify every member that joins (closed clubs), but don't want non-members to see posted content (open/public clubs). They need a go-between. Mainly because with the new club updates, members have been asking if it would be possible to use it as a Patreon alternative. This would require some of this functionality... Cheers!

Sorry if this already exists! I would really like to be able to send a custom drafted email when a user signs up. This would also double up as the registration email. Have some custom text, branding and message. Could this be done somehow by creating a new user group and schedule an email daily? Best, Ryan

It would be great to have built in notifications when users message or topic was moved. Ie: Your topic %topic_name% was moved to %new_section% Your message from topic %topic_name% was moved to %topic_name% Your message from topic %topic_name% was split to new topic %topic_name% Currently it doesn't behave simple and clear for inexperienced users who doesn't know what they can find their messages in their profile. Also it's more convenient way even for expirienced users.

I'm still on Nexus, I use it for all my contact departments like Sales, Advertising, Review Requests (ticket is assigned to reviewer), etc. I have 5 departments. One is account support. Apparently the new change in Commerce is, this page is only accessible to members. Guests get an error page. Really? This totally changes how I have been fielding our company emails. In 3.4 if anyone asked if there was a contact page for IPB were were instructed to buy Nexus. Which I did. My tab is labeled Contact. But now, it is only for logged in support tickets and there is a Contact Us (part of Core) link at the bottom of the site that sends a general email, is not manageable…

When creating filenames for applications/plugins and cms templates, these are restricted to alphanumerical only. Can you please allow developers the usage of an underscore and period, as these are allowed in Unix and Windows for filenames and folders.
