Bulk mail - "Picket By" avatar "default_photo"

When the "Picket By" does not have an avatar and uses a default photo, this image is loaded from the address

.../application/core/interface/email/default_photo.png

where the standard IPS default photo is shown, not the default photo that the administrator has chosen for its community.

Please change the code loading default_photo to use by a community default theme
