Indexnow issue: Seeing this errors for indexnow. Is anyone experiencing same OR do they publish their IP's? I don't have much outbound firewall on server but inbound is restricted. Is this an official IPS table or related to the member map mod I used to use a few years ago? I'm guessing its part of IPS due to the name of the table having 'core' in it. Hi, A user told me he is unable to share a file on twitter through mobile phone. I just checked that this is working on desktop but not on on mobile. I further cross checked on invision community website. The same is there i am unable to share your files on twitter through mobile phone. The error is- twitter the term you entered did not bring up any results please try again later Is this IPS issue? Please check and verify.

Is the Spotify embed code up to date? When using the native IPS embed feature (in the editor or the Pages Spotify field), I get lots of console errors. Seems to be a general issue independent from the site or the Spotify song. Testing here … Yep. Happens here too.

Hi, I googled other threads here but it wasn't helpful. We upgraded server to 8.0 to install new community after doing that our site stopped working properly. Forums are not loading. Hello... I know I had this setup before without using another plugin that I have to pay every year for where if someone click Contact Us, they have a choice of Departments to choose from. Now when I setup Contact Us in ACP you have to pick a department that the Contact Us goes to. I can possibly understand this as a need but I should also be able to click multiple departments and if multiple departments are selected a dropdown is presented to user. Hello! I would like to understand how the custom SSO through Invision works. I have a membership website that I want to connect to a private Invision forum - available to members only. In the ideal scenario, someone signed in as a member with forum access on my website would then be able to access the forum seamlessly, without having to sign in again in the forum. In my mind, the forum tab in the navigation menu would be visible when the member is signed in, but the forum would not be accessible otherwise. This is how it works for other features on our site. Not sure if anyone else has raised this. Since the latest update, sometimes when a user (including me) reports a post, it processes it 4 times: It's not consistent and doesn't appear to be a pattern, but I've seen it a handful of times now. And again just now. It's not just Admin usergroup, as I have seen it happen on regular member reports too.

Hello, I'm currently trying to add Stripe as a payment method on my site. I've filled out everything correctly & for whatever reason I keep getting the exact same error. I've tried by listening to all events on the Stripe webhook, and then just listening to the events that show in the error below. All attempts give me this error. In the setup guide for Stripe I did notice that the webhook link in the screenshots was an HTTPS://, not an HTTP:// so I'm not sure if this is part of the problem. Our domain strokeboard.net points to our host here, on invision. However, we have another domain strokenetwork.org which we have hosted elsewhere and have email accounts associated with, MX records, etc. As a mod here suggested, I'm going to put up a 301 redirect to get that domain and all our other domains pointing to our strokeboard.net site hosted here BUT we need our strokenetwork.org email still hosted and working on the other host - still with me? Hello, Luckily this is my test site, not my live one. Anyway, previously I was on 4.7.2 running PHP 7.4 and with three third party apps/plugins flagged as problems for PHP 8. Okay, I deactivated those 3rd party apps/plugins, switched to PHP 8. Ran the compatibility file, all good. I had to deactivate a 4th app though that had a problem only when I visited the forums index. But basically all was ready to upgrade. I downloaded the 4.7.6 zip file from here, all good. Hello, I'm having an issue with new users going directly to the "validating" tab in ACP. In the past, it never happened. Maybe, 1-2 users a week did not validate their emails. Now, it's just everyone. Could you please look into my ACP and tell me if there is an issue? I just don't know what could be wrong 😞 See screenshot. All new users are in the Validating tab. Thanks

We've recently moved our forum to a new server, applied all the latest updates to 4.7.5, and we've changed our SMTP gateway, so a lot of stuff has changed. Everything working well except one thing. Some of the mods, not all of them, are no longer receiving notifications of reported content. Until a couple of days ago no mods were receiving the notifications but I went to the support section on the forum and found there was a patch to apply for this very reason so I've applied that and now some of the mod team are receiving them and some are not. I recently just purchased the beginner site to see if the product is what we wanted. I purchased a license key for perscom. Hello, I wanted to move members that weren't active on our forum for a while to another primary group instead of their original one. I set this filtering and got a list of nearly 600 members, have chosen "Move members Found", could specify the new target primary target group, got a last warning "This will move 587 memebers", and started the job. System responds with "Members queing", so it was looking well at the first glance. But when I checked the content of the new primary group those members weren't moved, they still have their old primary group. Can anyone tell me what went wrong here? Best regards Juergen
