While cruising around this website, I discovered Home-My Attachments. I noticed many images that I used in the past. This would have been a previous attempt to set up and use an Invision website. The website would not have been in the clouds but rather a different host. Since I saw these images, it got me thinking that you might have some kind of backup for this previous site. If I had it stored on an old hard drive is it possible that there might have been a unique file name or extension? Here's hoping. Bob

Hi team, We've recently updated to 4.7.6 and after the update we get this error when trying to enter user profiles. Checking the default theme php referring to that part and reverting it to default as in the attached screensho: gives the following error: We can only save it if it's empty, but then obviously the profile pages don't work. We need this fixed ASAP... Thanks in advance.

I created a page and inserted a database. When I insert to right column some widgets, like list of categories, best records, etc, I see the same widgets on every section, doesn't matter if I see database index, or category, or record... Is there way how I could setup widgets for example on index I would see only widget about best recordw, when viewing record I would see only list od categories, etc... Is it possible? I understand it's basically still the same page.

I don't know when or how it happens but I've been able to upload webp files to my blogs but then all of a sudden I couldn't. It's gone as supported file type even if it's added in ACP attachment settings. It works in forums. I have not installed any new plugins or applications.

HI, My forum is offline after our host upgraded to PHP 8. The forum was unfortunately not upgraded to a version supporting PHP 8 so the site and admin are now offline. How can this be solved?

On laptop/desktop there's the option to strikethrough text on the forum, is there a way of adding the button to the text box on mobile? Or is there another way of using it? On previous sites I've just used <s> </s> either side of the text as a workaround

I am not getting an error that scheduled tasks are not running, but I have a very large number of background tasks that appear on the widget on the dashboard. It shows I can run them manually, but I am afraid of what that could do to the board's performance with that many. What are my possible options here to fix this?

Ya, ya, get the "who uses Firefox Mobile" out of your system, but anywho.... I have been noticing that Invision Cloud as a fairly poor loading time of Firefox Mobile. Overall it just loads around 75% and than pauses and completes a few seconds later. This seems to be exclusively limited to the Firefox Mobile app (tested on two Android devices) and just Invision sites hosted on the Cloud system. Not sure if I am just unlucky, but tried of two devices and cleared the browsers out with the same results. It affects my own sites and Invision' community here that I assume is hosted on their cloud.

When a member is logged out, they click on the existing user sign in and it takes them to the log in section, but it does not have a field for them to log in. says email address and then no place to put it. did I disable something?

I moved a sub-forum from one category to another. In this category, there was another sub-forum with the same name that forwarded to the first. I am quite sure I deleted the forwarding forum (double-checked), but the original forum was deleted. Would it be possible to restore it?

I upgraded my forum from version 4.1 to a higher one and now I'm unable to log into my Admin CP because it says the following error: I cannot even see what version number my forum is currently on. How do gain access to the Admin CP now? I tried in multiple browsers and it gives the same error, so it's not a browser issue.

We experience a problem with spam, lot's of old accounts suddenly post Telegram/Crypto spam. It looks like this is from a data breach with e-mails+passwords. A solution would be to add a Google Captcha to the login form. Is this possible with the current captcha settings? I looks like we only can do this for registration.

Some threads, I believe ones started after I ran the Jan '23 update, show as having 0 views - despite them having having replies; so clearly something is amiss!
