I'm trying to change 'forums' to 'community' on my site, so I edited the language settings but nothings changed??? It still says 'forums' but the language file shows the change, yet its not amending itself. I did the same thing with 'pages' and titled that 'home', it works. I don't get why this isn't working, as on other community of mine it worked. Is there a way to refresh the language settings? Any suggestions? I suppose I may have to change it within the skin template if not.

How do I add or place the separator in the Toolbar? I know that clicking the button adds the separator, but it appears on the extreme left side of the toolbar. I can not move it to the location to the location where I want it.

There is a cat xyz and members can upload images in cat directly or by creating album... Case - members have uploaded images in Cat directly To do : Admin has to create an album with his name and move images in the new album Step 1 : Admin can sign in as a user and create a album with his name Step 2 : login as admin and select teh images to move.... The problem comes here - It shows albums only created by admin Question - How the admin can move images ?

Hi, I would like to add an additional block area that will be above my site's content area, and stay full width regardless of whether or not there is a sidebar. Could someone please explain to me how the block area system works? I've tried copying the template tag {template="widgetContainer" group="global" app="core" params="'header', 'horizontal'"}and putting it in the desired position. After that did not work, I tried changing the first parameter to 'fulltop', still no avail. If anybody has helpful info, I would greatly appreciate it. Regards

Ok me and another member here have had this same issue for a while now. The other members has a test board, mine is live. Every once in a while, guest posting permissions will all turn on out of the blue. Before today's, the last time was with the recent update, but it may have been coincidence. Ever since 4.0 this has been happening even after the group bug fix. Tier 2 support says there is nothing wrong with my groups. But I did have to recreate another group that lost the ability to edit the first post in their own topics. This group had extended permissions even, so this shouldn't have happened. like from object, and from screen above, is normal I can set as prefers all module and just one,app? put an app as prefered make this as default In community homepage, but put all module as default... I think isn't normal :| in past I've only pages + pages. I've try now (just for test) to enable forum modules and ok, is enabled, but pages remain also enabled - and the same for all others... regards.

I'm writing a Pages article and I want to add some images to it and when I do, this is the code that is being added: <a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="FULL IMAGE URL"><img data-fileid="10" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt="" src="THUMBNAIL" /></a> What I don't understand is why is it forcing a thumbnail? Every time I add an image, I have to go to the source code and manually edit it. Is there a setting that would allow me to add an image without any links or thumbnails?

Hello! Why is this happening? (SIDEBAR ON THE BOTTOM OF THE FORUMS) Also, I cannot seem to manage to delete those blocks.When I press Finish Editing they close, but when I reload the page, they're still there.Plus, check out the alignment of users in "Who's online"...they are not one after another but more like a list.

For 2 weeks ive been trying to get answers from tapatalk and invision regarding errors when i install tapatalk as a plugin (X2 errors all over the time when i enable the plug in). Can someone please help me? I need to install this so very desperately because i have about 20 people who will use the forums as soon as the app is up. im also hosted with invision so i cant install a hook...

I've just upgraded to the latest version, first time on IPB4. I'm running into all sorts of problems. Seems like I'm completely unable to start a topic.... Any idea what could be the problem? I can't start a topic in the forum, and even though my articles on Pages are supposed to create a topic as well, they aren't creating a topic either. (but article still posts, and comments still posts, just not mention/ability in the forums)
