Not sure what to do- uploaded all the files correctly and now the site it showing a few errors. What is the steps to take care of these? I checked to make sure the theme wasn't in designer mode. Any plugins, extras that I have are current.

I added the blog feature to my forum base. I'm not seeing it under community or the applications. I don't see a place where I can download the files from purchase area to manually install - any suggestions on how to get this to show on the backend? On applications page I have refreshed many times for updates - still not showing. Under settings > license keys it is showing there with a check mark. Wondering where I am missing a toggle to turn it on and have it show on the admin area? It's also not showing on the +create menu bar option either. Maybe I'm being impatient... but was hoping to get it started.

I was in the admin area - logged in under a different user and now it won't reset or go back to the admin. I still have access to the admin area, but the front end is stuck on this page. Is there a way to get it unstuck? Will it time out and then go back to my profile? I don't see under their account area a way to 'logout' Needing help here- suggestions?

Hi. I upload the images from my website and it doesn't allow me to upload them with http or https. I have tried activating and deactivating the SSL option and it doesn't work either. Someone knows? Thanks greetings.

Morning all, So last night I did an upgrade of the forum software then went to bed. Woke up to messages saying that people were not able to post. My team member turned off all the integrations but it made no difference. I took a look this morning and realised he missed some plugins so I turned them all and and service was restored. In an effort to find which plugin it was I started turning things back on. Most of it was back on when suddenly I'm not getting a 500 error. Hi, I noticed that when I open a page with a file comment that contains a Redit embed, it immediately loads the Redit page taking me away from the page of my community. Again, I messed up on the theme update now the default theme is light, and messed up. I need to restore the default original theme in darker background color, if there's away please show me how to, so I do not have to revert back my theme again; but if I cannot then I want and need to restore my website to September 17 please, thanks!

Hi! We just updated a few plugins/disabled old plugins and now got this on the front end. It's appearing across all themes. Any ideas? [[Template core/front/global/userBar is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

No idea what's going on. As of yesterday, whenever I would post a link on Facebook, it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, yesterday afternoon, out of nowhere and right after I posted a WORKING link, I tried posting another link and the image preview for the uploaded image stopped working and redirected to my forum logo. I tried using the Facebook debugger and this is the error I get: Provided og:image URL, [URL HERE} encountered an unknown error. Response Code: 200 Any help would be greatly appreciated,

The navigation menu does not work as expected on an iPad in landscape mode. Top level items require two taps instead of one, whether or not they have sub-items present. When there are sub-items, the first tab displays the sub-items below the top level items but does not take you to the corresponding page if the top item is a link. This can be reproduced on all Invision Community websites that are using a stock invision template and no 3rd party plug-ins or applications. Due to an Admin mistake, it seems that a general Ban on all IP's is instated, so I cannot log in with my Admin credentials and consequently open my Admin CP. How can I get technical support via e-mail ? What plan does allow that and how can I pay for an upgrade ?

Hello, I just logged into the Client Area and noticed that my renewal on 8/31 was canceled. This is odd as my card was charged, and my license shows that it has been renewed into May 2024. Additionally, I’m seeing a set of “V5 upgrades” being charged. Can you help me understand what these are and what’s happening? Hello, I recently had a malware attack on my site and I believe it has caused damage to the files of my community. When attempting to load into my forum I get the following error. I highly suspect that files were damaged in the malware attack and need to be replaced, but I want to know how to do this in the safest way possible as to ensure no data loss. My site was not on the absolute latest release, and without access to the ACP I am unsure how to check what version I am running. I've got an empty notification of Members requested Account Deletion: which has been there for a few weeks. There was a member in there, which I deleted through the members area so I could keep their posts as Guest posts (I wasn't sure if I could do that through the notification itself). But since removing the member, the notification albeit empty now has remained.

Hey, I have an old pretty much archived forum - that I would like to revive, for nostalgic reasons. The problem is it doesn't even load at all, probably because the server has been through countless upgrades and all the functions in PHP that had specific syntaxes back then aren't the same now....amongst another bunch of plugins and whatever else. I was wondering if it's possible to obtain versions of invision board that were released between then and now and run through upgrade procedures to get back to the old data?

We've got a few members who have somehow turned off the "last visited" part of their public profile. I don't remember this happening in the last ten years (it's still visible to me as the admin, but not to general members) I searched through the CP but don't see a way to disable this "privacy" feature. a) does anyone know how to prevent a member from hiding the last time they visited and less important b) is this a new feature?

Hi, Wondered if anyone else is suddenly receiving an influx of spam? We've had to ban around 10 accounts in the past couple of hours. Our spam settings are fully configured so not sure what's going on and how we can prevent? We've had to opt to manually approve new members as a short term measure. Any advice would be appreciated!
