Hi, I search but not found. I use Pages and I have enable record images. It's ok with article, the image is in the content but I have enable "post topic" when a record is add in Pages, a topic is create in forum. And the problem is than the image not display in the content topic. Someone can help me please ? I need to add this code ? {file="$record->_record_image_thumb" extension="cms_Records"} where ? I try in the topic format value for content in Pages but not work Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi, I've setup the subscriptions block to show subscriptions available on the forum homepage. However I'm not sure where you change permissions on this to what member groups it is shown to? Cheers

Is there not a page that list all users on the site sorted by their user group. The closest thing I have to that is the staff page that lists staff. I want a page that lists all users sorted by their gropu and be able to add it under the "browse menu"

Does anyone know how to use PhpMyAdmin? I need to manually add this query per Invision Support. Never used it before, so any help would be much appreciated. We updated to 4.3.1, now users on mobile have to tap twice on the 'Like' button (we only have the 1 reaction available) Also on desktop the 'Like' button tries to animate as if it is trying to show all available reactions, despite there only being the one. Only a small issue, but is there any way to get it to behave like it did on 4.2.x? Cheers.

I have 2 questions about archiving: 1. How "big" does a forum need to be before you should start archiving? Is there a threshold, say post count, where you start to see performance improvements? 2. How do you "mass unarchive" posts? For example, the past 5 years.

I was excited to see that IPS 4.3 was going to open up galleries to allowing others to contribute to galleries that I create. I successfully chose "Anyone can submit to this album" for one album, but when I attempt to add specific members to another album, the value is always replaced with an integer or something. For example, I'll add a list of members that I want to be able to add, and when I view the column in the database, or in the "Edit this Album" sheet/pane, It'll say something like "6x" (where "6" is the member name and the "x" removes that "member"). That's obviously incorrect. Is this a known bug?

In announcing the 4.3 upgrade (4.3.1) to my forum, I posted a few emoji under the "emoji now supported!" sub-heading, proudly announcing support. The emoji showed up just fine in the post. I can edit the post and add them back in, in fact. ?♂️ and ?? and ?️ were among them. But when I hit submit, they showed up like this: I'm using the latest version of Safari on the latest version of macOS, which supports emoji quite well. So what is causing the issue? My forums_posts table has a "post" row with UTF-8 encoding. Should that have been converted to something else? Do other rows need to be converted to something else, too? P.S. The emoji s…

Hello, I'm interested in setting up a localhost server on my Win10 desktop to install IPB 4.3.1 with addons, plugins, etc. to make a test environment. Back in the day I used to use Sambar server for all my localhost stuff, but it's been discontinued. Can anyone recommend a good free localhost package I can use for PHP, mySQL, and all things Invision? Thanks!

I just upgraded from 4.2.8 to 4.3.1 and all custom plug-in tasks are not longer showing in the task lists. I've un-installed the plugin and reinstalled and they still are not showing. What I'm I missing?

Maybe this is a bug maybe not... After adding an image to the Gallery and than adding it to a post via "insert other media" button the watermark is ignored on the inserted image even though the image does have the watermark in teh gallery ?!

I remember seeing some where on the forum about a new feature on calendar with 4.3. IT WAS: When you click on the Calendar Profile photo, the image will open up to see full image. Did I make this up or does anyone else remember reading that?????? Also I have a few suggestions for the calendar, where would I post them?? Thanks for any help

Hi, recently I signed up with the IPS Community and I love the service so far. I promoted a staff member on my forums and he had inform me that he uploaded 2 Applications to my website and that's pirated applications he had download from some forum. Will my service get suspended? I already contacted support about this problem.

I am having a strange issue where whenever anyone makes a comment, even on a very old article, it is somehow causing the article to get re-posted to my social media sites. I use the RSS feed to post my latest content to social media. Any idea which settings might cause this? Somehow a new comment is updating something...perhaps the "lastmod" date in the RSS?

I am getting emails almost daily from folks inquiring about how to join my forum and I just realized there is no "Sign Up" button on the mobile app that is visible without clicking on the three bar icon. Does anybody know how to add an actual "Sign Up" button (not an icon) to the mobile nav bar? This would be for 4.2.9 for now. Thanks

I have just purchased the IPS suite and will be converting over from Xenforo. I have a dedicated server that has 6 domains of which 2 of them currently have XF installations. I am not a server admin person. I have installed a test copy of IPS and are seeing these 3 error notices in the IPS Dashboard: open_basedir not enabled The open_basedir PHP configuration option is not enabled, which may be a security risk on shared hosting environments. We recommend setting it to your webroot and temporary directory. If you do not manage your server yourself, your hosting provider will be able to assist with this. Dangerous PHP Functions Enabled …

Right now I'm using default theme, until I find one I like, but I want to change this: to remove the post-based group, and just show the "Spinosaurus" (Owner/Admin) rank. [Dinosaur style] How do I do so? I'm using the $20/mo cloud plan.
