(Pages) Add record image in content topic

Hi,

I search but not found. I use Pages and I have enable record images. It's ok with article, the image is in the content but I have enable "post topic" when a record is add in Pages, a topic is create in forum. And the problem is than the image not display in the content topic. 

Someone can help me please ? 

I need to add this code ?

where ? I try in the topic format value for content in Pages but not work

In 4.3 I simply added that line of code into the template but when I posted a test article, instead of showing the image it showed the url text of the image upload location, where it was stored in the server.

Any ideas?
