Hi there, My forums custom theme was suddenly broken when it started showing this error: Upon changing the logged in user theme, the forums would work right. No changes on WHM, Cpanel, PHP, Cloudflare were done at all, neither a platfrom upgrade. What I have changed is a few backgrounds file (compressed the images) that the theme reads from, I did restore the original ones but no luck. We've been receiving a lot of requests from our members to have their status updates deleted. But there is no way to mass delete them. At present time the only way to do it is to manually delete or hide each one. That's an incredibly laborious task (one has like 200 pages of statuses). Is there any way these can be mass selected and removed?

Hello, I tried to create a request form with Pages application. It's a very simple thing, I'll just ask myself to see "And in fact, the person who wants it can see" because of this error 😞 What can you suggest me to get around this error. Is it possible to change the message that is displayed when an attachment is unavailable? For example. Guests cant download attachment and it shows this error message below, when it reality its simply because they are not a member. It should show that they need to sign up to the forums instead as this would hurt conversion of guests to members on the forum. It should say something along the lines of "This attachment is available for members only. In viewing the code for Pages database records, the open graph meta tag og:type is added for each display record: <meta property="og:type" content="object"> This is true of all our different databases records. I cannot find reference to an og:type of object and should be at least one of the types listed at the open graph spec: https://ogp.me/#type_article How do I change or modify the content value? And where is it coming from so that I can change or specify the correct value: in my case either "website" or "article"

I had a user note that they had spent a good deal of part of a day working on a post before submitting, and discovered that after submitting they were unable to take advantage of the 60 minute edit window we provide. They “tested” and seem to suggest that perhaps the window is being calculated from when the post draft is first started, and not when posted. I can’t seem to reproduce, but wanted to check with the community here to see if anyone has more specific technical knowledge of how the edit time is calculated and what triggers it.

I have been given a quote by a developer to make an app that will get populate data from an IPS database or application. He is not an IPS dev but seems to think its not a problem. My question is, has anyone done similar, and if so are there any hurdles to overcome? I have had previous experience with apple and android apps and they would constantly break everytime iOS was updated. I am concerned a combination of that along with IPS updates might cause a lot of problems. I have in mind a couple of different apps. As the title says it, I moved my forum from root to another folder and now all the icons in the forum look like this: With also a lot of errors in the console that says "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)". I changed my forum url on the config_global.php file, am I missing something?

Hi, I found issue with post which are made via PBR option. Problem on fresh installation of newest version: Guest publish post via PBR form User successfully registered their account Our default user group have options as below so the post is waiting for the approval: Mods (and admins) can not see that post via streams (all actives, unread etc), but they can see it on home page (red icon in category). If the user made an update to the post (even if there was no mod approval yet) it is correctly visible in streams for mods from now. Our mods can see other unaproval post in streams, so the problem is only with first content from PBR. …

The group icons in topic view are much bigger than they really are, and consequently they appear blurry. Look for yourself right here. The contributor badge. Custom fields only can edit by administrators? I try to create custom fields which should be can see and editable by some members groups, but without result....I already play the database permission, field permission, category permission....but only administrators can see field and edit it.
