[Paid Job] Automatically PM after purchase subscription plan

Im looking for an application which send automatically private message to customers which purchase subscription plan (chosen by me as administrator). I also need to be able to customize this kind of PM which paid users will get it.

At version 3 was already such an application :

but for version 4 is not anymore.
