When I try to download templates in Safari from the sections Pages → Templates it doesn’t actually download the XML but the current admin page itself as HTML. I tried it on multiple installations including my CiC account. In Firefox, it works correctly.

My forum is private, entirely closed for guests. I have removed guest permission of the Forum application. (System -> Applications -> Forums -> Forums) Forum categories do not have permission for guests. Forums do not have permissions for guests. I still see https://example.com/forums/ in my sitemap under https://example.com/sitemap.php?file=sitemap_applications Why? How can I delete it from my sitemap?

still getting this error when any sort of review is posted IPS\Content\Search\Elastic\Exception::0 mapper_parsing_exception: failed to parse field [index_is_anon] of type [byte] in document with id 'calendar_event_review-xxxx'. Preview of field's value: 'false' the review does not show on activity feeds anyone else getting this error or do your reviews work with elastic search and activity ok ?

Hi, I can't find a link to the "release notes" that used to be available in the navigation bar. New 4.6.8 version is out there and I want to share the release notes with our staff members. How do I change it so all new users that register become something like "Awaiting Members" instead of automatically becoming a "Member" as they get validated. Change default user group?

Hi, I setted up my website in a way that only paid subscribers can become a member (have an account). I was wondering how it works at the end of their subscriptions ? In with user group they will be attached to ? I have 2 types of group: Member (normal member - not use for the moment) CLUB Member (paid subscription) -> the only way to register currently. If a paid CLUB Member doesn't renew is subscription, will he fall in the default Member group 1 ? (without any configuration needed on my side?) Thanks for your help.

Hi, is there a way to restrict of post editing in certain sections of the forum? Permission setting in the member group settings either gives everything or nothing (where you can tick what to allow to edit like forums, events, etc.). Is this all it is capable of?

When you edit an image in the editor there is a field named "Image title", but it populates the <img> alt tag instead of the title tag, which doesn't display the image title when you mouse over it in Firefox, and likely every other major browser. I think it would be best to set both, the alt and title tag with the image title value.

Hi, I'm really struggeling with the image size and ratio for calendars and blogs. By default, it's wayyy too wide. You can't display properly an normal image/photo, it's more a banner that an image. Is there a way (or a plugin) to manage the ratio of image in these 2 applications ? Many thanks Livio

For the first time, I banned a member for 7 days. I thought it was straight forward - banned him and set the date for 7 days later. Four weeks later, he's not banned but all his IP's are on the ban list. Problem is, there are dozens of other members that use the same IP's and are finding themselves banned. Each time I have to go in and delete the IP's off the list but there are hundreds. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

When I edit groups html they display random colors no matter what I put in there this is a code example: <font color="red">Group</font> Instead of red it displays green or some other random color, what's this caused by? I'm confused. After many tries it finally updates and work properly, I tried purging cache on cloudflare and I even asked people if they see the same think (they said yes so it's not locally happening). This never happened to me before, it makes no sense. Also this is happening on all themes, not just 1, so it can't be caused by a specific theme.

Hello Everyone, I'm wanting to go back into some files and add a new tag on my site. When I edit the details of the file to add a tag; it is bumping the file as if it was updated. The file shows on my updated/new categories/blocks. Is there a way to add tags as admin/moderator to a file without the file showing as updated? Thanks

Hi, Possible small bug in 4.6.7. I just received a "Hey! You just earned a new badge!" e-mail where the language string is missing for the name of the badge. Hey! You just earned the '%s' badge! Check it out! Dedicated and below that the image is missing.

Hi there. It appears background processes are stuck according to the stats in my admin panel. There are certain threads that have 10 comments, but the homepage says there are 5 comments. Example: https://www.breatheheavy.com/exhale/index.php?/topic/773289-fans-are-worried-about-post-malone-after-he-exhibited-bizarre-behavior-mid-concert/ That thread has 10 comments, but the homepage says 5. I think cause the background processes are stuck. Any idea how to fix this? BTW, I tried to manually run the batch and it returned an error.

Hello, We're trying to embed a vimeo video (using the embed code) into a forum message but it's not displaying. Even when we use code, we've also tried various types of languages as well as adding html tags before the iframe, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Dumb question time. I was planning to do the update to the latest software today but after dismissing the alert at the top of the page that includes the button to start the update process, I realize that I can't find direct access to that interface from within the Admin CP. Where is that located, or how do I trigger that alert banner again (and the button) without waiting for it to reappear tomorrow? Thanks, John

Hi. Update to 4.6.7 went fine without errors but something bad happens with dropdown menus. There is no action when clicking on arrow icons within whole forum (cp panel, global forum etc). no click dropdown menu (e.g navbar menu) doesnt work click dropdown menu can be opened but can't close can't reveal forums when clicking on arrow on Forum > Forum Issue also on IPS Support theme. Hey! So, whenever someone trys to download something off my site on Microsoft Edge, it says this site is unsafe and doesn't allow them to download it. None of it contains any malware of any sort so I am confused. Here is an image below. Can I know why?
