Hello, I have a problem with how badges are awarded when it comes to posts that are archivised. We have badges for adding 50 / 150 / 350 / 500 / 1000 replies. For this report I'd like to use a member which has 527 posts, and out of which 38 are not yet archivised. The badge functionality ( post amount, years served and so on ) doesn't count said user's archivised posts, so he won't get a badge for 150 posts, only one for 50 posts, even though he in reality has those 527 posts already written ( excluding posts from forum sections where tracking is disabled, such as hydepark and so on ). hallo we have an old forums which based on IP.Board 2.3.3 which is very old and we want to upgrade new version so that we can use latest php version. is this possible and how? our forum database is latin1 but all contents are in arabic cp1256 character encoding. any help will be helpfull. we already have another forumn which is based on IPS 4.x we can purchase another one for the old one if we can upgrade it.

Hi, I noticed that ACP theme became DARK somewhere between 4.4.10 and 4.6.9. The problem I have the new ACP does not react to any .css changes. Also, the "default ACP theme" option disappeared from from config. How we should work with this now?

As title says, I'm trying to have everything from downloads in it's own storage system, in this case a sub-domain. It seems to work fine with files but images break. Everything uploads fine and I can even download the image from cPanel but it won't show properly on create new download or on the file it self. I have tried with all kinds of permission settings but nothing works. Any ideas?

I have one user called "X X L" with spaces. But I cannot find it in the @ list when tagging it in messages. How do you tag such a user with spaces? What separator is the editor using for the next word? Can someone clarify? If I simply use search, I can find it: Neither I can send messages. His PM inbox is clear and working. And not disabled. Is this a bug in software?

When anyone tries to embed videos in my forum by typing out the video, they're getting the error: "The link could not be embedded because www.youtube.com does not allow embedding of that video." Happens with youtube and youtu.be. Strangely, if I add the "embed video" button to the toolbar, that actually works (see below). I have the latest version of Invision Community with the default theme (I have one css modification), and I generally use cloudflare. I have 14 plugins and applications that are up to date. Hi, A couple of moderators from our community brought this issue to my attention. I was able to reproduce it using the default, unmodified theme, and I could also reproduce the issue here in the IPS forums. If we open any dropdown menu from the main menu bar at the top, keep this menu open, resize the browser window and expand it again, the icons vanish. They only show up again if we reload the page. I did a test ad and it does not get shown anywhere. Do I miss some settings? plain simple H1 html text just for testing purposes. Shows to admin only (yes, I am admin) dates are good. It is enabled, it shows in the list just ok, but the ad itself not showing ANYWHERE. What am I missing here? I cannot even find in the HTML page that text anywhere. In support page it shows two ads, but still nothing get displayed.

Hello, I'm having an issue when pasting a post URL other than post #1 into another post. I've a topic with dozens of posts I want to copy the URL of one of those posts in another topic The URL is pasted together with the "content" of that post as it should, but it always pastes post number one, not the post I copy The URL links to the correct post, but the short comment displayed in the content always belongs to post number one Am I doing something wrong? I have created a custom profile field to store a date. However the date format is not correct like all the other dates in the database. I need to change the format it is stored. Currently the date gets saved in this format: CustomFields.5.fields.45.value 1641254400 I need it to save in this format: lastActivity 2022-01-11 Does anyone know of a way to correct this?

For people who subscribe to our Calendars, I've noticed that if there is javascript (say for a pop-up window) in the web site calendar entry, then that javascript appears in the calendar entry description when viewed on other devices – such as Mac Calendar. Is this the same for anybody else?

I swear this was always a function of IPB, but I can't seem to figure out how to set moderator permissions by individual forum for a user group. For example, I need to allow Group A to be able to Pin topics in Forum A, but not close topics. Also, I need Group A to be able to close topics in Forum B, but not pin topics. As I see it, I can allow Group A to Pin and Close topics in only both those forums, but I see no way to allow pinning only in one forum and closing topics only in another forum, without giving the group the ability to Pin and Close topics in both forums. Is this no longer possible? Thanks for the help

So, this is probably the wrong place, but I am so burned out I apologize. Right now I have my database with Powweb and hosting of my IPS message board. I also have the main domain, lynxairways with Dotster which is difficult to get things done. So I want to put the entire hook-line-and-sinker hosted by IPS. I did go to the client site and saw the hosting process, but I was unsure even there what is provided and more importantly, what i want. So how to I get this entire process going? I have a post with both PNG and JPG images that are definitely attached and inserted, but not appearing in Safari. Chrome and Firefox show them just fine. Here is a video of the issue. At 0:05 seconds I refresh the page, and the images are visible for a split second. Then I edit the post to show the images are there and save it to show they appear in the post. Then I refresh again and they are gone in Safari only (iOS and macOS). UPDATE: This only appears to happen to logged in users and happens on all browsers. Hello! I moved to another web server, i'm waiting now for my nameservers to update (all of them). I was following the official steps but i met a little problem, i'm stuck at step 3 point 2 because i can't find "Something isn't working correctly", i used this tool in the past but in 4.6.8 i can't find it, what should i do?
