Hello, I am trying to download a plugin that was released last Monday. It does not appear on my ACP when I search for it, mark topic. The developer marked it as compatible for 4.5. I assume it will be compatible with 4.6 since it was released two days ago. No matter what I do, it won't show up when I search for it on my ACP. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

Just wondered why Google Analytics shows URL of a topic as /topic/767-horse-racing-t...-31-december-2021/?_rid=1 I am referring to the ( ?_rid=1 ) part. Anybody know?

How can I get the who's online widget to display the counts for guests and members/anonymous etc. I am struggling to find out how though I'm sure there's an option somewhere. I use the page builder and add the widget but it only shows the member online which right now is only me. Does not show the counts for the members or guests. How do I display the count? Do I need to know some template knowledge or is it an option I'm not seeing? If so, can you provide the template code real fast. Thank you for helping if you can.

Hi. I'm trying to move some forums and subforums around, and while doing so I got into a strange problem where I couldn't move some of the forums anymore. Some of the forums I tried moving now seems to now be stuck with a "moving/deleting" label (see picture), and I can't do anything with them anymore no matter what I do. Is there any way of making them free to move around again? A second thing: In the past I seem to remember one could "hide" forums. As in only making them accessible through link. Is this still possible?

Hello! After renewing my plan after quite some time and attempting to change the licensed url to a different one http://valiantroleplay.net/ it gave me the error that I must uninstall the previous before doing a new one which I have no longer access to whatsoever. ANY help would be appreciated, there is no way that I can access to remove anything due to no longer having access to the domain / everything that would be needed for it hence the need of assistance here (just wanted to clarify incase a response was to attempt to remove it because I physically cant). Thanks for your time.

So recently I set a setting meaning that any new members who register and join the site are on mod preview for a certain number of posts/days Thing is - that setting has proven to be a pain and I don't need it but I can't remember how to undo it or where it is in the settings? Hi, We recently migrated to a new server and now I see an error message /home/redacted/redacted.org/html/forums/uploads does not exist and there's a new path instead. Now the site doesn't load at all, and the hosting company can't figure out how to resolve it. Can anyone please help?

After upgrading from 4.6.7 to 4.6.9 I am noticing that my sidebar caching, at least 50% of the time, is not showing my ads. Once I clear the cache the ads show up again, but this never used to happen. Is there a sidebar caching issue with 4.6.9?

Hi. I have an old forum which I recently updated to the newest version. Most things look fine, but it seems like the search bar doesn't work. When I try to search for a word it says "0 results". Above it is a blue bar saying "The search index is currently processing. Current results may not be complete." Now, it has stayed like that for a long time. For months I believe. How can I help the seach index to get to "completion"? If thats how this works?

Moderator Group - RSS feeds - automatically posts in a forum Every post needs moderating - yet I cannot for the life of me find where this is to turn it off The two places I have this set to not be used is in the moderator group and the forum itself (attached) I have searched the ACP but cant find another setting which is causing this ? Is there any way to remove the default version of 1.0.0 that the software gives all new files? We want versions to be an optional field but it currently forces a 1.0.0 unless deleted on the form itself. That may seem trivial, but most people will not even notice it there to remove it and I'd prefer to make the file pages look clean without them all having 1.0.0. I've looked in the theme templates but there is no mention of the code: <input type="text" name="file_version" value="1.0.0" id="elInput_file_version" maxlength="32"> Hopefully there's an easy way to remove that value that I'm overlooking.

I am trying to move to a different server. After content migration the site is working fine without login (on private IP) but I am unable to login as a user and in Admin Panel too. While login into ACP, I am getting 2 error (sometime one sometime another) While login as a member i am getting below error Could anyone suggest what to do now?

I have both a live site, and a test site. Recently I upgraded to 4.6.9 from 4.6.7, and now I am unable to save any admin settings. None will stick--if I go to a different ACP page, or log out and log back into the ACP, the old settings are there. Strangely, both my sites are doing this now, and my test site does not use any caching at all. What could be causing this?
