Anyone run into this issue?  I can't open a support ticket because the page doesn't load.  I get an error message.  See the attached. Anyone know how to fix this? image.thumb.png.ade498a6201acadf5de4488ba20ee34a.png

Emails have been sent as well and forum postings have been made over the past few months indicating that support was being transitioned to the forums versus emails at the start of the new year.  Please use this forum to create a topic addressing your problem and a member of the support staff will respond.

@Chris Anderson Who said I sent any emails?  I clearly created a topic, which you replied to, stating the issue I have.  If you aren't going to contribute support, no need for your posts.

He meant IPS sent emails explaining the support changes.

If you didn’t receive it or can’t find the topic, wait for someone from IPS to link you to the topic or explain.
