So I've had IC for awhile now and Its been annoying me for awhile under my Google Analytics all my pages display as "home page" And they also do under the pages themself, How or whats causing them to stay as homepage? Not the title of the page their currently on. Default IPS Theme also does this.

So this has been an issue in our community for a while, so figured I will test it out here in Invision's community to see if the same thing occurs. Well to my surprise it does. Anyway here is the issue: When I am creating a Custom Activity Stream to see lets say Files Uploaded to the marketplace I set it up like so: As you can see above I want just content items and not reviews or comments. Now when I browse through my stream I just created I get the following: Yes....reviews are still coming into the stream even though I specifically said not to add them. In our community comments come through also, but I am assuming I am not seeing comments…

I saw a video on Invision's youtube channel that when you use the "Our Picks" block, it shows the photo used in the blog. This is a screenshot of that video.... So I configured "Our picks" block in my homepage, and it is not showing the photo of the blogs.... This is a screenshot of my homepage: The block is not showing the photo, but the article does have a photo Help is appreciated.

Hi Invision, I've noticed a bug in IPS 4.6.9 concerning Members Ranks icons. When changing the Storage Settings for Badges files (for a different location), the Ranks icons are not moved into the new file storage location. It works well for Badges, but not for ranks icons. I think the issue comes from: /applications/core/extensions/core/FileStorage/Badges.php You can see there that Badges files are correctly handled, but not Rank icons: the methods (move(), delete()…) only deal with the core_badges table, but not with the core_members_ranks table. I have a concerning issue... Our subscribers, who then churn, are not being demoted, and therefore still have full access to the benefits of the site. As far as i can tell, the system should revert them automatically. Can you please advise what I need to look into in order to fix this. Thanks, Adam.

So I have this issue on my website where for some reason when I use certain actions it opens my website almost in like a mini window(you can see in the video) that will not close and doesn't actually work. For example when I try to move this database post to another category it wont let me. Dear support folks. Since last week our community has about 2 to 4 minutes of lag time loading about every 10 to 15 minutes sometimes it never loads. Also we noticed that some topics and posts can't be "reacted" with, we get this error: I contacted our hosting service and here is what they found. And it's kind of over my head at this point. The last paragraph is funny because I had provided that information before, and that is how I got this reply. Any help or direction is greatly appreciated folks! PS, I did delete the cron job they were referring too and found nothing changed.

Hello - been searching for an answer on this question but did not find any. I am trying to set up Commerce so that a guest can buy an item without actually being a member. I just like them to fill out their name, adress, email and maybe phonenumber and then they would be sendt an invoice directly and an email for payment info of that payment of some sort. Is that possible?

Hello, IPS support) I'm asking for your help. I can't overcome some mistakes in the work of the forum. 1. Persistent Problem - Error "-200." On the server - cloud VPS, allocated for this purpose 1536 MB, in hosting settings there is a limit of 1024 MB, restrictions on downloading files in PHP settings are set at 512 MB. files with a volume of 220-250 downloads with difficulty and once. Files with a large volume do not load at all. From the "Add files by reference" and "Add files from a folder on the server" form, files are not downloaded or defined. 2. Both the front and back end of our forums are down and unable to be accessed. We contacted the host to see if there was something on their end and they said everything was running fine and was something with Invision. I guess our email capabilities ran out 18 days ago, but we have a fully active license that isn't due to renew until later this year. How should I go about resolving this issue?

Myself as admin I am trying to send this user a PM: however checking their settings in Admin CP, should work. Messenger is not disabled and no other warning or restrictions are being aplied. What gives? What else I could verify to determine what is wrong here?

I'm trying to open a support ticket via the client area but I'm getting this message: Yet when I click that link to purchase I get this message: I'm pretty sure I've paid for the highest level of support possible from IPB but I just keep getting sent around in circles. I've sent an email to the billing department because that is the only email address I can find. Does anyone have an email address for support so I can try to contact them as well? Thank you.
