I thought it would be an IP (banned) issue or so but if I try to signup with his emailadress (here on my computer/internet connection) then i also get" Oops You are not permitted to register a user account with this site. The emailadresses of this person are not in use in the system nor banned or so..

Hello there, I have a question about the registration of a new user, they can/have to fill out various items and ACCEPT the terms and conditions.. the dont have to read it. I have set a minimum of 3 posts in a 'new member' forum before they can post on another forum. I want to display a popup for every new registration which for example will countdown 10secs before they can apply and continue/complete the registration, so the know/read it..

Hi there, Due the problem of spambots that (can) create new members, or real persons from Asian country's try to create spam-posts/topics i've set the new member approval/registration to manual/by admin/mod. The problem/question is, can i get an notification-email if a new member is waiting for approval?
