Just today alone I have thirty-eight pages of pending invoices that stripe.com has blocked as fraudulent. Looks like they are coming from my donation button. For the time I have removed it and trying to clean up these invoices. In total I have 1200+, all pending, all marked as fraud. Is there a way to cancel/remove them all in one go? The clicking cancel then delete for each one is proving to be very time consuming. I have an IP of this person; can they be blocked from the site via an IP? Man, this is out of control. The invoices are like seven every second, a bot or something.

Platform: version 4.7.2.1 Scenario (what we see today) Alice posts something (Forums) Bob reports it (bad post, Alice) Moderator Charlie gets the notification that Bob reported on Alice. Moderator Charlie handles the problem/post Bob doesn't get notified when Moderator Charlie dispositions the progress of the Report. Bob gets zero notification that the issue is in-work or resolved, etc.. After using "Drag files here to attach, or choose files..." and open image - field with indication of uploaded file is missing. After waiting and posting - image is displayed OK. But if you decide to moderate a post - you do not have access to this image - you can not delete the image. In forums editor works correctly.

Hello, We recently noticed what we think is a bug. Whenever the “Best answer” in a question is deleted, the question in the overview still appears to have a “Best answer”. What is shows: The topic: Is there maybe something we have configured wrong? Or maybe something else? Thanks in advance. Thomas

We have a couple of RSS Feeds that are being imported to Forums on our site and everything is working great. No problems with the Feeds and setup was easy. All Feed imports use the same User account as the Author, which is a dedicated User account ("NewsFeed") that is not used by any 'real' user. However, we have noted that the IP Address recorded for the Feed Posts in the forum use what appear to be another User's IP Address. In all cases, the IP Address has been used by other User - so they aren't truly random. While there is no real harm per-se, it is confusing for Moderators and Admins that are attempting to trace activity for specific Users across the system…

Hi, I just moved from php7.4 to 8.1 and since then I see some errors in the logs. I tried disabling the few plugins and hooks I use and the errors still persist. What can I do about them? Hi there, I did update my test site to 4.7.2 but it seems i have a problem with the scanner .php : .fpm/php5.external" stderr: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in /forums/system/Application/Scanner.php on line 1260, referer https://dev.plongeur.com/forums/ It actually prevents me from login in either the front or the admincp. I tried setting the time limit to 1h but it does the same. I tried dowloading the files and reuploding them manually but it does not solve the issues. It looks like Events can set an end date/time that are before the start date/time. For example, the Private Messages event has an end time before it is supposed to start. 🙂

My subscribers are getting strange emails as well that show a seemingly random "Paid by PayPal" amount, and then claim to charge a negative amount. Also some of them are getting spammed by mass renewals (actual invoices were created automatically). All of them were charged correctly, however.

If a member group does not have permission to create an event, the Create Event button still appears. It pulls up the "Select Calendar" screen when there are no available calendars to my group.
