Posted October 18, 20222 yr Hi, I would like to be able to reply to a positive product review on my own site in Commerce, but I can't find the option to do it on the front end or that restricts it in the backend in Commerce or Member Groups? 🧐

I first thought I must have missed a permission somewhere but can't find it, plus it makes no sense you would need to enable permission to reply (as a logged in admin either way. October 19, 20222 yr Community Expert Solution There is no facility at present to respond to reviews on products on store. There is on downloads for your customers when they have added their own downloads
