I've recently made an attempt to restore gallery images from an older backup of the forum. My Twitter log in has broken and I was advised to check my keys. I reset the keys and then re-added them but ended up with this error message. After looking further at Twitter I noticed the call back URL didn't have the correct path as mentioned in my IPS control panel. I copy/pasted the correct callback URL in but the save button was greyed out. Above where I added the URL there is another section 'Type of App' which is a required field. There is nothing in your help file regarding this so I assume this is something new and perhaps your help file requires updated. In the meantime can you advice me what the correct settings should be please?

I'm wondering if there is a way to have a member group set up so that only members who've signed in using SSO (from Wild Apricot) can access that group? We have a public and private set of Forums and we only want valid members in Wild Apricot to have access to those the private forum areas. Currently we just use a member group for that, but adding and removing members has become a bit of an issue. It would kinda be nice to automate the process... Members who sign in via the regular IPB authentication should only be able to access the public forums. Thanks, Eric

I recently upgraded from 4.6.something to 4.7.4 and php 7.4 to php 8.1 while migrating my forum from one server to another. I have the commerce application purchased and enabled, but ever since the migration/upgrade the store section of my forum hasn't worked (returns a 500 error - it worked before migrating/upgrading). Until the last version (4.7.3) the gallery had an option often used by our members: Watching new gallery images in the lightbox. Go to the gallery start page Click on one of the images in the New Images section. The resulting URL has the suffix ?context=new Use the arrow links or the keyboard keys to step through all new images With the new version 4.7.4 this changed and the user can't click to more new images but to other images of the member who posted the first image. Hello there, I am not sure whether this is an issue with the Radical Tags plugin I am using or IPS. I contacted the developer as well, but I wanted to know whether this could be an issue with IPS. I cannot rename tags in batches so I have been using Radical Tags plugin for a long time. I am having a serious problem with it now. I renamed a couple of tags that had more than 50 related topics. I see the tags are changed in all the topics, that's great. However, if I click on any topic with the changed tag, the stream will NOT display any topic, just an error. No results. Quite often when I have to upload images to the Gallery, I am processing a good number of them. I have no problem uploading 10 or even 100 at a time. Once uploaded, you can then begin adding information to those uploaded images, ie; adding a Caption, Description, setting a tag and/or adding a Credit and/or Copyright, within the "Add Images" lightbox. The issue I seem to be experiencing comes when I am all done with a batch of images and click the "Submit all images" button. Once clicked, I am then taken to a screen with a progress bar indicating the progress of the save. It happens regularly that it will start the save but then craps out before the progress gets anywhe…

Hello, since I updated to 4.7.2, any visitor who enters the main page, is redirected to the profile... or if they enter the index from the start, and as a registered user it shows you on the profile. I don't know how to solve this problem, what would be the solutions? I see that in the customer account, I no longer benefit from direct ticket support... Hello, I wanted to report an issue. I moved hundreds of posts from the a main forum category to a category in a Club. Now I can see hundreds of unread posts in my stream 😞 Moving the topics from a forum to the club's forum should RESPECT the original status of the topic and not set them as unread 😞 Thanks

Hi All. Hope all very well. I contacted my hosting provider to upgrade from PHP 7.4 to 8. On the top right near the alerts is says swtich to the cloud. When I click the X to get rid of it. It states we will not show this for a while. As a paid product, I did really want a thing keep poping up for me to move to the cloud. Is there a permanent way to disable this message nofication as I don't need to be reminding of something I don't wish to do.
