Hi, just wondering if there are any details available about the cloud email service for cic clients at all? For instance, does it use smtp or an api? Also, is it possible to set up things like SPF, DKIM and signing for it?

Hi, since I update to Invision Community v4.7.5 anyone who registered an account after the update, those members gets a error 500, and the Admin gets an error 500 when clicking a new member profile in ACP members. And IPS look at this ASAP.

Hi Everyone, I am recently onboarded someone to help me admin my site. She needs to be able to use the Page Builder however when it opens a page using the "Open Page Builder" button, or we add ?_blockManager=1 to the URL, it page builder mode does not open. She is using Chrome. I think I have set her up with all the correct admin permissions: The only difference I can obviously see between our browsers is that she uses an Apple Mac laptop. I know absolutely nothing about Macs. Anyone else had this issue? Thanks, Nigel

Hello again. I'd like to ask you something. I have a product in the forum which generates a key and uses email as identifier, so far so good. I've set the product to be valid for 2 days for a specific price just like that: Looking back in the store from ACP after a purchase this is what I get: My question is: Is it possible to pause (or keep on hold) the membership "timer" until at least "1 of unlimited amount of uses" are generated? e.g. In order for the user to start his 48 hours period license timer to have it activated at least once. While configuring the image feed block settings to display images from the gallery, there is a setting for Minimum Rating (star rating). If you accidentally select a star rating, you cannot deselect it. This becomes problematic if you want to display recent images in the feed, if the image does not have the minimum star rating, the image will not show. I'm not sure this is a bug, but a feature that needs to be adjusted? Or am I seeing this all wrong? Thanks in advance for any help and direction.

Hello again. We'd like to adjust the header to be less wide and fit the logo to the full length of the header... And remove that blue background color so that only the logo can be seen. Thank you. Now is too bad.

Hi, everyone! Going to preface my issue by saying I am NOT at all tech savvy, so any help y'all can provide, please talk to me like I'm in kindergarten. Lol The email notifications haven't been working for a very long time. Like over a year. So, this is pre-any current updates. Pre-PHP end of life stuff. Good morning, I just started to experience a problem with personal messages on IPS website. I am trying to send a PM to a developer with a couple of screenshots and I just can't 😞 Not only that, now anywhere on your site, the maximum capacity is 8.85 kb 😞 It's everywhere. Hello, We upgraded to php8 this morning without any issues and then upgraded to Invision latest version. After the upgrade when i click on the topics it is showting 500 erro. So, i turned on the offline mode. It looks like one of the third party application is not supported and it was locked and don't see option disable it. Currently my forum is down and trying to get some help. Here is the screenshtot, i tried to uninstall the application but it is showing a blank page.

Hello. I am editing the post fields on the site as css in the profile images of the members. The developer mode is on, but I think I can't see my edits in the forum instantly due to the invision system's own cache system. I have to change from true to false each time from development mode constant.php to see my test live. Is there a quick way around this or how can I disable this cache? In summary, I want to see the code I edited in the forum instantly. Is there any way to disable the cache system?

Hello I'm running IPB version 4.7.1 on php version 7.4 My host is about to update to php 8 and then i'll update to the latest IPB version, but since i missed v4.7.2 and i dont have the compatibility check tool I'd like to know which of those should be updated first ?
