Posted December 1, 20222 yr Hello I'm running IPB version 4.7.1 on php version 7.4 My host is about to update to php 8 and then i'll update to the latest IPB version, but since i missed v4.7.2 and i dont have the compatibility check tool I'd like to know which of those should be updated first ? I also i assume its best to disable all apps and plugins , at which stage it should be done exactly

December 1, 20222 yr Community Expert No, it would update to PHP 8, run the compatibility checker, then upgrade
