  1. There is no way in which you can do that without purchasing separate licenses for each unfortunately.
  2. Do you have the transaction ID I can take a look at?
  3. This is absolutely not the correct advice at this point. We need to see what you have. I will take a look and advise shortly @CaptJeff
  4. It would depend on if the source actually has it as an image on its feed, or if its part of the content. Do you have a link we could take a look at?
  5. There is no way in which to do either of those things at the current time unfortunately. If there is delay, is that delay on their side or yours? If yours, check the task can run for long enough before your mysql instance times it out
  6. There is no way in which to do this. It goes to the incoming email of the site
  7. Could you provide me with more information on this? What exactly is happening when it fails? And when you say it does not achieve what you want, what exactly is happening?
  8. The only way in which to do this would be to prevent them from adding a files section at all. You can do this from each usergroup
  9. You can safely ignore them. They are indeed items t hat have been removed from the software
  10. Unfortunately that would seem to be the case
  11. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  12. Not sure what you mean by migrate them? You would generally add a link on squarespace to your community here, and vice versa
  13. Specifically, please try the fix added by Ehren and let us know if that works for you https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/469936-quote-iframe-keeps-on-jumping/?do=findComment&comment=2911061
  14. This may well still be the case. Facebook has become more and more a problem lately, unfortunately.
  15. I believe there is a misunderstanding on what the word deprecate means. This is not the same as the word remove. Deprecation states our intention to remove a feature, and that we will not add to or improve upon that feature. If you take a look at any of the items on the deprecation tracker, we also include a removal point. Take this one for an example https://invisioncommunity.com/deprecation-tracker/commerce-ticket-system-r6/ If you take a look in the top right, it states here it will be removed in version 5. Therefore by definition, it will exist in 4. We will at some point stop support for it of course, as we will not support anything at all in version 4, but that is a long way away (current stated as 2025/2026)
  16. Easiest support issue ever! 🙂
  17. If you are having issues whereby that is still showing up, I would advise contacting your hosting company
  18. I have just spoken to my colleague on this, and this is actually correct behaviour. The child theme is independent of its parent. It will not update the version number of another theme, whether it's the parent or otherwise.
  19. Something doesnt seem right there. That looks to be for login. I would need to take a look at this, and see if things have changed
  20. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  21. You would then need to revert back to prior to starting that upgrade. The files are there, but the upgrader hasnt been run. Its likely this that is causing you issues
  22. Please visit your admin CP location, as its currently awaiting the upgrader being run, as the files are present.
  23. No problem at all. Always happy to point you in the right direction.
  24. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can look further into what is happening
  25. There isnt really anything specific. What is it you want to know? I'm sure I can get you any information you need, or pass you on to our sales team if you wish to discuss what your options are?
