  1. I have taken a look at this for you, and the error you are getting is relating to the 3rd party application "New Topic Placeholders". You would need to contact the author of that application for a resolution to this
  2. The guide there is actually quite old, and many things have been changed since. I will need to take a look at this, but I believe that no longer exists. Gradients you would need to add within CSS
  3. Could I ask how it is you are determining this? Your hosting company is incorrect. The uploads folder does indeed contain the javascript, CSS and images by default
  4. Ensure you add the line it asks you to at the end, if it does
  5. We do not provide face to face support unfortunately. Feel free to record the screen if needed, if you need to emphasise more what is happening there
  6. We would not provide instructions on how to write the code to do this, unfortunately. We would only write what the endpoint accepts
  7. Users will not need moderation for quoting a guest. Do you have any other kind of moderation set for standard users?
  8. You would need to switch to PHP 8.1, as 8.2 is not yet supported. Once that is done, please try again. With regard support, this was moved to the community quite some time ago. We are staffed here too, so dont worry, we're still around 🙂
  9. Ah, my apologies. I was responding based on what you were talking about there, but hadnt actually looked at your package there. You are indeed already cloud hosted, so things like phpmyadmin, cron, SSH, Putty, and CPanel are not something you need to worry about. Backups are also something you dont need to worry about.
  10. Glad to hear you have things sorted. Now its back online, please go to support in the admin CP and ensure you address anything that may be showing in the mysql section there
  11. Glad to hear you managed to get that sorted.
  12. What did you do after that point? Have you clicked to state you have run the command?
  13. Ah, no problem. However the same question would apply here. Do you have anything else set up, other than this?
  14. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  15. Visiting your page, you dont actually appear to be using our OAuth solution to sign in there. Do you perhaps have another SSO solution installed?
  16. Please check you are looking at the correct page, as its certainly there https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/rest-api?endpoint=downloads/files/POSTindex
  17. As mentioned above, we are aware of this, and it will be fixed in an upcoming release
  18. The simplest method to achieve this en-masse would be to move your storage to another location. You would need to do a full backup of both files and database first, and be prepared to revert if needed. But essentially you would Create a new storage configuration. Say "uploads2" Move all items to that storage location Whatever is left, are items not being used. So whatever is left in uploads (if thats the location you are using) should be able to be deleted. You can then move everything back to the original storage method if you wanted to do so.
  19. It depends on the 3rd party application. If they have implemented items to the promotions area, then yes. Otherwise there would be no way to do this. You would need to enquire with the author on this.
  20. As mentioned above, try uploading a fresh set of files, then running the upgrader from /admin/upgrade
  21. We wont necessarily respond to everything, but they are all certainly read and considered
  22. There is no way to force a manual selection that someone has chosen if they have manually changed. Could you let me have a link to the category in question and I can then take a look for you?
  23. If this is the case, it may be worth looking at our cloud products rather than the self hosted products there. You would never need to think about any of these things again, and simply concentrate on running your site. No, cPanel is a hosting administration panel which may have been provided by your hosting company.
  24. Please ask them to check 3rd party items on their side also (browser plugins)
  25. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
