  1. This is incorrect. If you have no permissions to delete, edit or otherwise interact with an item, you will see no reports on it. Yes, that is correct. Again without being able to add, edit, or delete items, you would not be able to view reports. Because there is no point at all in being able to view a report if you cannot add, edit, or delete it. Unfortunately there is nothing else we are able to say on this, as what you are reporting is intentional.
  2. This is correct. Its to select "All" Categories. However you still need to actually select what they have permission on "All" items for. While I understand how you want it to work, it doesnt work that way unfortunately. If the user cannot action any report, they will not see the reports, regardless of any other setting.
  3. Its very likely they are hitting the spam service. Take a look here on how to check the logs. If you are then sure that person is not spam, you can whitelist accordingly.
  4. Thank you for that info, Nathan
  5. No problem at all. Hope they get you sorted 🙂
  6. If you are unsure on how to switch your tables to INNODB you will need to contact your hosting company. What you are showing there is that you have INNODB available. It is not showing anything in relation to what your tables are using.
  7. We have not configured your own S3. We configure only ours. You have your own set there also The ips one is ours, the other is yours. These are created from System>Files>Storage Settings>Configurations
  8. I dont understand what you mean there. We are 4.7.8 beta 1, but that doesnt necessarily mean that Ehrens is.
  9. You can allow only certain files from System>Settings>Posting within your admin CP.
  10. If 111 is working, it seems it must be a bug with Chrome in some way. I cant replicate it unfortunately in order to suggest anything else
  11. That would be intended. If you change a field type, the system will notice that field type as being outside what the default is, and try to correct it
  12. No problem, Mick. Of course let us know if you are then still seeing the same
  13. You are misunderstanding the bug report here. The bug report added is that they can see things they shouldnt be able to, not that they cannot see things they should be able to. As I mentioned
  14. I'm not seeing any critical there now, so assuming you have sorted that one out. The recommended items you should address when you get chance 🙂 This is with the exception of repeating system logs. These are from when you were having issues, so they will eventually disappear as the log is pruned.
  15. Glad you found the issue there 🙂
  16. Sorry, I dont understand what you mean there. This isn ot related to allowed file types. What I'm saying is you can set the size of file people can upload on forums. It doesn't matter what type of item you upload, as it's a limit on the storage they can use on that post.
  17. The renewal would be 1 year from when it expires. From looking at your purchase date, I suspect it hadnt actually expired yet. There is nothing stopping you renewing again and extending further, no
  18. It is worth noting, this is an old way of doing things. You are actually better to use the built in 2 factor authentication to secure your admin area. You can read more about this here
  19. I would say it's the opposite here. Another person may not be so understanding if they are unable to resolve an issue for months, then go back to the author with this. You'd actually be better to state its an issue in an old version of 'x' and that updating it resolves the issue. 🙂 Of course its your own choice, but you would actually be preventing this very same situation from occuring. As at present, there is no fix for another person
  20. The issue here is its an underlying problem that would affect many areas, and so would need to be done in a very large release with lots of testing. There is no simple fix for the problem at present unfortunately.
  21. You would remove the "Member can edit value?" option. As mentioned above, only admin then would be able to edit it, but that must be done from the admin CP. There is no way around that
  22. What you are seeing there is correct behaviour as per the current scope of the feature. If you would like to see this changed at any point in the future, please feel free to post this up within our suggestions area
  23. If you click on the bell icon in the top right of your admin CP, you will see you can set up notifications there. This changed quite a while ago, and now can be set up individually by individual admin, so they can be notified for whatever they decide 🙂
  24. In the first instance, please disable all 3rd party items, and test this on a default unaltered theme. If you are then still experiencing issues, please let us know
