  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. Glad to hear you have the issue resolved 🙂
  3. Yes, you can do this from the members page in the admin CP, by clicking on "Download member list" in the top right. This will allow you to filter by products if needed
  4. Do you have an example link you could share? (Or just the name of the club if needed). I can then take a look for you
  5. There is no built in htaccess with the platform. This used to be something you could generate a long long time ago, but Im talking about nearly a decade ago. Protection of your admin CP via htaccess is actually an old way of doing things. We suggest these days using 2 factor authentication. You can see more about this here
  6. The error message you are getting there, and the email from google, are not related in any way. You need to check the restrictions you have in place for your key, as currently it seems you are blocking your own site from accessing
  7. Im not sure what the question is here or which webhook you are referring to. Please could you clarify?
  8. I've added a bug report on this so we can further investigate
  9. I will move your topic to our developer connection forum, which is better placed for you on this, as it needs coding to achieve, as you have seen. I will add the guide there on our list of things to take a look at
  10. You can download the beta from your client area. There is a link just below where you would usually download your product
  11. It generally means either your theme or a 3rd party item on your site is out of date. Please check this on a default unaltered theme, with all 3rd party items disabled
  12. Yes, you may well be able to achieve things by custom development, however there is no native setting for this. We are unable to assist with custom development. I have however moved this to our developer connection forum, as someone there may be able to assist.
  13. Im not sure how that actually achieves what you are looking for here. The code shown there will allow you to show blocks only in certain forums, which doesnt appear to be what you asked for
  14. There is no functionality which will allow you to achieve this at present, unfortunately. However if this is purely on a basis that you dont want them to show up, you could create a group for those users which has "can use signatures" switched off, and then move them to that group if they haven't signed in, using a promotion.
  15. There is no way, without modification, to set the default action that is used for this. You would need to select every time
  16. There is no way to use specific reactions only in specific forums at present unfortunately. All reactions are available in all areas of the community
  17. Thank you. I have actually just seen this in another topic. The key there is number 1 in their list of steps. Its intended here, which is why its visible. You should indeed add API key restrictions for your domain, however other than that, there is no actual issue there. Unfortunately, it seems google are sending these out without having checked if any restrictions are in place already.
  18. The only people who will really be able to answer that for certain would be google themselves unfortunately.
  19. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  20. I understand what you are saying there. However as mentioned, you would need to contact paypal on this. From the perspective of the software, there is little assistance I am able to provide at this point. The only suggestion I can make in terms of the software would be to post up a suggestion on what you would like to see changed, if there are improvements you would like to see in this area
  21. Just make sure they are read on your community, then monitor from there
  22. You sold a renewal. They indeed do that have access to that as they paid for an item on behalf of another party. Im sure there are millions of cases where this is done using paypal, which is why I suggest contacting to ask what you do in that scenario. If you have suggestions for change in that area, please feel free to post up within the feedback area
  23. I can certainly move this to our community support area. There may well be others with thoughts 🙂
