  1. You have no database selected there. You only have a database block added. You need to click on edit and select the database for articles There is no way in which to filter in the way you wish to on clubs unfortunately
  2. I have gone ahead and checked that, however you're not showing to be blocked at present. Could you please check this with your email provider first of all? Also, I have created a ticket on this so we can check in other areas
  3. This was actually added in the version released yesterday. If you are still having issues, please respond to the ticket rather than here
  4. Added to the above, in case anyone else comes across this. Thank you
  5. There is no built in way to do this, however what you could do is this, after making sure you are on the latest release and things are working properly: Make a full backup in case of issues, and turn your site offline while you do this Delete all files and folders apart from /applications/ /api/.htaccess (if you have one) /datastore/ /plugins/ /uploads/ constants.php (if you have one) conf_global.php .htaccess Upload a fresh set of files from your client area Note, this is something done at your own risk, and does not account for any changes you may have made from default, such as upload location changes, third party items etc
  6. Not other than the default htaccess for rewrites, which you can find in System>Search Engine Optimisation and download from there
  7. We have taken a look at this, and this is actually intentional in this case
  8. We have taken a look at this, and its something that would need to be changed in a major release. We have marked it as such, but its likely to be version 5
  9. On looking at this, its something that, while may be undesireble, is intended at present. We have however noted to change this in a future release, but its very likely this will be a major release.
  10. We have been unable to replicate this ourselves, unfortunately. Please check to make sure you are editing a profile as a non-moderator, or as a moderator that doesn't have the Can Edit Member Profiles mod permission.
  11. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  12. They should as you have post before register switched on. So they post, and it then doesnt show until they register. If you wish not to have that happen you would need to switch off the setting mentioned
  13. I have created a ticket for you on this. Please respond to that ticket with the file, as Im unable to replicate with the file Im testing with here
  14. If you make a custom menu item, then you would be able to add a name for it. If you are selecting an item which is prebuilt and can be added to the menu, you would look for the language string for this.
  15. Im not sure what it is you are seeing at present, but currently its showing correctly, as its showing that an email has to be entered. This is post before register, which you can switch off at system>Settings>Posting The issue however is it is not showing email address on your site when 3rd party applications are active. Instead its showing "your name", which is what would usually show on guest posting It looks like this is being caused by the 3rd party application "Application Forms"
  16. Glad to hear it 🙂
  17. Items developed using our framework described in the developer documentation I mention above, will work on both. However in order to develop at all, you will need a self hosted license, as you do not have access to the code at all on cloud The create button would not generally be within a block, unless you removed the database itself from the page (sounds like you have done), so you would add a database block from the block manager back in, and select the relevant database.
  18. You would need to add it to your menu. If you look at the following guide, it shows how you can create menu items 🙂 There is no way in which to opt to keep this. It will be present during version 4, but will be removed on version 5 entirely. If you do wish to use it on 4 in the meantime, please take a look here, which guides you through how to get this set up, including your departments There is no way in which to create dummy content on the platform at present unfortunately. Importing from another community can be done. You would need to contact us if you have another community you need to import from We do not have a developer license, and you would not be able to obtain the code without a license. I fyou want to take a look at the following pages, this may help you obtain some knowledge on how you would integrate https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/
  19. You would need to create your own key and add it into the admin CP, rather than using our generic key. Unfortunately it seems that key has been blocked on their system. Possibly because their company was taken over
  20. I have taken a look at your settings there, and while spam at present is indeed an issue for a lot of people (there is simply a massive amount out there at present), I would suggest the following: Switch to hCaptcha - Once you have done this, also increase the sensitivity of this on your account on hCaptchas website until it helps reduce this Add question and answer challenges. - At present you have none of these on your site
  21. Only custom menu items would be able to be named. If you have something added which is an application, you would usually translate the word using the language system. For example, if you add forums, you cant change the name of that from the menu. You would change the language string for forums
  22. Please update access details on file, so I can take a look for you
  23. Glad to hear you have the issue resolved 🙂
  24. Glad you have what you are looking for there. I have used something like this in the past myself Options +FollowSymLinks RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/somefolderitwasin/(.*)$ RewriteRule ^(.*) https://something.something.com/$1 [R=301,NC]
