  1. The endpoint, as shown there, accepts a URL. You would be trying to upload something that the endpoint simply doesnt accept
  2. I would indeed suggest checking permissions there, as clubs are not showing when not logged in either. Its likely you are viewing as a guest
  3. As mentioned above, you need to post this within the support topic for the classifieds application. While I understand in mentions commerce there, its classified that is mentioning it
  4. You dont appear to have mentioned what exactly is happening when you are trying to send bulk mail. Please could you clarify?
  5. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  8. I see your site looks to be working at present. Have you now resolved this?
  9. Glad you found a solution 🙂
  10. You would need to speak to your hosting provider to fix that issue, as it's a permission issue
  11. It certainly cant be of any detriment, thats for sure. If its people signing up, of course it will make little difference.
  12. Have you tried increasing the sensitivity on hCaptcha? We are seeing quite the increase in spam generally at present, unfortunately.
  13. Not where items are cached
  14. We provide the ability to connect to a logon method via oauth, however dont provide a method to sign out of the oauth source no
  15. The only way to do this in the core platform would be to add specific donations as products. There is no way in which to do it with the normal donations part unfortunately.
  16. I will certainly get that pointed out to our designer to take a look at for future releases of the platform
  17. We would ned more information on that. You need to click on the system logs to see what those entries are. Note however, if things are working fine, it may well have been errors you were having when you initially moved
  18. Could you give me an example value you are entering?
  19. Think you were missing the point there. They are a self hosted customer, hence why I provided the information 😄
  20. Of course the info wouldnt be given to a cloud customer 🙂
  21. There is no way without debugging your site to tell you which exactly, but looking at the error message and the location, it may well be a custom block you have created in the pages application
  22. In System>Settings>License key you would edit this and add your key with -TESTINSTALL at the end. With your license, you are allowed 1 live instance, and 1 test instance which must not be accessible to the public So for example. If your key was 123abc then your test key is 123abc-TESTINSTALL
  23. Please bear with us on this. I have just tagged a developer on this as I believe it may be related to an issue which we are aware of.
  24. Could you let me know which database, so I can take a look?
