  1. We figured limiting ourself to 100% was just amateur, and we wanted to be better than that. 😄 Seriously though, your site appears to be in the middle of an upgrade at present, so cant look at that for you. Please try running manually to see if it completes, and if not, please let us know.
  2. It would be instagram basic display. Unfortunately facebook change the API constantly.
  3. There isnt really. Its whatever looks correct for what you want them to show. They will resize accordingly in some areas
  4. Take a look at the transactions showing on the admin CP, as you may see what the issue is there
  5. It would indeed 🙂 All good. Happens to us all at some point
  6. Ah, sorry I misunderstood what you had said there. The reason for this is that you have a plugin named "Disable ads for URLs" and you are actually specifying /discover/unread/ as one of those URLs.
  7. I would need an example in order to take a look at this for you. Looking at your site currently, I am seeing items showing up in the upcoming events section
  8. Im a little confused as to what you mean there. That page has content
  9. Glad to hear you are moving in that direction, as I think that will be the best way for you to go.
  10. Increasing it was indeed the correct thing to do there. The 128 is our minimum requirements, but it does need to be noted, it's a minimum. Some will indeed need larger memory limits
  11. Glad you have things working 🙂
  12. Thank you for letting us know 🙂
  13. Im not sure I understand what is strange there. There is no back and forth (other than yourself posting here after its been converted to a ticket). You mention not confusing the issues. Is this not something that has arisen as the result of the fix on your tasks? If not, the confusion here is that you are using the same topic
  14. You appear not to have posted anything there
  15. If this is directly in relation to that fix, please respond to the ticket with this information
  16. Do you have any extentions running on the browser. Given what you have said there, its sounding more and more browser related. Of course we cant tell it to do different things if there are different numbers of tabs open
  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  18. I have created a ticket on this so we can take a closer look for you
  19. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  20. There is no plan to remove them entirely as of yet, so nothing to really point you to
  21. The backup was for the UTF8 converter in case that failed, which can of course be reverted. However you have gone a lot further than that process, and upgraded the site too
  22. There is no way to tell for certain without looking at the database itself prior to conversion
