  1. While I understand what you are saying there, if its not moving data (you mention its not in the new location), and its showing it thinks it has, it will eventually delete from its current location thinking its moved. So you will lose a lot more than just the posts made since then
  2. You would need to block guests from purchasing entirely. That would be the only way really
  3. You can only remove all followers from an item. However, there are 3rd party items such as that pointed out above
  4. I wouldnt say that is normal, no. Especially as the system there states its actually moved over 25% of your downloads files. I would probably suggestion reverting to the backup taken before this. Unfortunately, using an alternative storage method to that which is supported natively, there isnt much further advice we can provide
  5. Glad to hear you are up and running. 🙂
  6. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  7. Do you know the display name? We ask, as we need to check this has actually been deleted by the system itself, rather than having been deleted manually somewhere. The security questions on file are not working for me unforunately.
  8. Certainly looks like it to me. I honestly cant see that happening with the software itself
  9. Please could you first of all provide a couple of example tags you believe should not be present? Also ensure all your access details are up to date
  10. There is currently no functionality within the platform that would allow you to achieve this. Please feel free to add a suggestion within our suggestions area if its something you would like to see happen in the future
  11. I have moved this to our suggestions area, as while I understand what you mean there, this is more a suggestion than something not working
  12. We have actually resolved some issues in that area. Was this a recent email? Edit: We got it for the next release. Thanks, @SeNioR- 🙂
  13. Unfortunately we can only provide support for the latest release. Actually if you are using 4.5.4.2 its likely PHP 7 is the issue. You really need to upgrade your site to the latest release of the platform.
  14. That section is in the developers section for people developing on the software. This is not related to this, but actually just a core bug on the front end, so a support issue. Sorry if there is any confusion there. It has actually been moved here so that it does get attention. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  15. The first thing I would do here is to upload a fresh set of files from your client area, to make sure the file itself is not corrupt. The reality is though, if it was working before, its likely the server.First thing I would do here is use the requirement checker https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7046-invision-community-requirements-checker/
  16. You would visit the corresponding location in your browser.
  17. Yeah, that would certainly need development to achieve
  18. I think the confusion here is you are looking at a calendar year. Thats incorrect. What its doing is charging for a year, starting today, then taking off what they have already paid for the month, minus what they already used for this month. So it would indeed be almost a full year.
  19. Ah, now I see. If you want the users to be able to actually upload the images, that would require modification. You wouldnt be able to do it within the current platform. However the rest is correct, yes. The way I was suggesting above, they would actually have to have those images uploaded somewhere that they can link to. So they would add the links there. (Dont use attachment links as that will actually cause you more issues than it solves)
  20. Matt did indeed look into it, as promised. And its very likely we will continue to do so. However at the present time, as the intention of this was to push forward dates, its simply breaking things. To be clear here, we were indeed upfront that this wasn't the intention of the function. This was stated before we said we would look into it, and can understand the frustration. We did, and we still do. However the reality is we cant leave quite large bug on the system, while we continue to look at getting the system to work in a manner that wasnt originally intended. We need to fix that bug, and did so.
  21. Its not clear what you still have questions on that havent already been answered above. Please could you clarify?
  22. There is no function to reprocess images that already exist in terms of the originally saved images unfortunately.
  23. Have you recently upgraded? If so, please check you have no custom furls, as it may be that these are breaking your site
  24. Seeing the issue and being able to replicate it are 2 different things and its going to need to be us who can replicate. To give an analogy here, you are saying there is an issue with your car making a noise. You know there is as your partner has recorded it, and you have sent us that recording. We know its happening, but if the car isnt making the noise when we get it, nor can you tell us how to get it to make the noise, there isnt anything present for us to fix.
