  1. Glad to hear things are now working for you 🙂
  2. The ticket is fine. As long as its there we can pick it up from that 🙂
  3. This is from promoted content on your site. (when someone clicks the promote button at the top of the topic). You can manage these by clicking your name on the front end of your site, then clicking "Manage promoted items"
  4. We are unable to inform you where you keep your files without ACP access. If you are unsure you would need to ask your hosting company the question
  5. You need to check the directory you are looking at, as those folders do indeed exist. If they didnt, your site wouldnt be running
  6. I have created a ticket for you on this, and someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  7. I have indeed. It doesnt have that on this end
  8. The bug report is still open on this one at present
  9. Its not possible to have that selected at all times without customisation at present
  10. There are no references to /community/ on the example you have just sent. I would advise on clearing your browser cache, as its very likely that is where you are seeing issues
  11. That would have indeed been the next steps 🙂 Glad to see you got there, and things are working
  12. Could you please confirm if you enabled or installed it? If just enabled, it seems you have had it installed before which may be what is causing you problems
  13. If you take a look at the following location, this is all the developer documentation and API documentation 🙂 https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/
  14. You would need to contact your hosting company on this, as if PHP is printing out rather than executing, there is an issue with that PHP instance
  15. OK, it's the last part you are doing incorrectly there. Once you have uploaded, you want to go back to Site Features>Applications, where you will then see it available to install
  16. Not really. If you are sorted now, I would leave them alone
  17. Ah, now what I have seen there is you are moving these differently to me (I was going into the message and moving it from there). Could I confirm if its only happening from the list as you are doing? I feel we may be narrowing down the issue at least
  18. No problem at all. Glad you have what you need there
  19. Sorry, Im a little confused here as to whether you upgraded or didnt upgrade, as your response seems to say both
  20. Are you referring to what needs to be removed from your conf_global or something else?
  21. You should not correct anything by using queries on the database. Please could you provide an example topic, and I can take a look for you?
  22. Ive opened up another bug report for those for you
  23. This isnt really a vulnerability as such. This is done via cookie as it applies to guests as well as members, and there has to be some way in which to keep track of when someone has searched. So its done via a cookie. No matter what we used to track that, it could have course be removed. DDOS style attacks are really something that should be dealt with at a server level, rather than at a software level. Refreshing a page over and over, creating members over and over etc, would all have a similar impact to this. The setting is intended as an additional layer in a stack of DDOS mitigations, but is not intended as a catch all.
