  1. I am unable to replicate this on my end. Please test on a default unaltered theme, with all plugins and applications disabled, both on your site, and the browser
  2. I would need some examples in order to advise on that
  3. I would need access to take a look after you have installed, in order to advise accordingly
  4. The only way I can think you can do this with any degree of certainty (and even then its never going to be 100%) would be to use 2 factor authentication and enforce it. While the above wouldnt make it impossible, it would make it inconvenient for them to share, at best. Enforcing use of something like google authenticator for example would mean they would have to contact the other person any time they log in
  5. Im not sure what you mean there. If the page is a white page entirely, it means PHP encountered an error and was unable to render the page
  6. Sorry, I think there may actually be confusion here. If you are looking at a completely blank page, it will not have got that far. It would be in your server error logs

  9. The error message you are getting there would actually indicate the connection to your mysql instance is an issue. If you check the error shown in uploads/logs you will likely see the exact mysql error there

  11. I understand your concern here, however there is no blame there. Simply the feature you once used was replaced with the achievements system, quite some time ago. You can set up achievements to work in a similar manner, as previously described, and it sounds like you have now set up.

    These can only be not linked if they were updated or installed outside the marketplace at some point. This would need to be corrected in the database. On the previous one, this was only done by myself as it was a cloud hosted product. In this case, the item is self hosted

  19. They would always show that option, yes. You cant unhide, as the post is not hidden. But you can hide the topic, select a few posts and hide them, then unhide the topic and those posts will remain hidden
  20. Could you please confirm if you have tested this on a default theme, with all 3rd party items disabled? If so, please let us know what browser and operating system you are using (also ensure you arent using any browser plugins when testing)

  22. This is really something you would need to report to the ad provider. If ad code is added and is then breaking anchors, I would almost be tempted to say even to report this as a bug in the browser, to be honest. The reality is, an anchor is simply a location in which the page is told to go to when that anchor point is added to the URL. So if its not doing so, the browser ultimately is what is supposed to do this
  23. As you have a white page entirely there, you need to check your server error logs as mentioned above. With regard support, you are in support here.
  24. Im not able to replicate this, unfortunately. I use my iphone all the time to look at that very stream, and cant say I have ever seen this. It actually looks like its stopped loading
