  1. The only way that can really happen is if its being proxied in some way. Do you have the following switched on? System>Settings>Advanced Configuration>Check IP address when validating session?
  2. You would then be giving out the unique key anyway. There isnt really anything to keep secure as such on this one
  3. Could you please let me know what you mean by experiencing malicious redirects. Are they getting a suspected message as you mention above, or is something actively being redirected? If the latter, you need to investigate that with your hosting company. You should upload a fresh set of files from your client area (a full set) and run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade
  4. As Im unable to replicate this, I would need an example I can take a look at
  5. If you are having issues, it may be best to employ someone to do this migration on your behalf. There are quite a few people out there offering this service in the providers area, if thats something you are interested in https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers/
  6. This would be looked at once a developer has chance to go through. As mentioned a few times there, the route should be through the developer of that application, and if they have specific bugs they should report those. The way we are doing this at present is the slower route unfortunately
  7. I have moved this for you 🙂 I would ask, have you told your users they could simply sign up to the RSS feed?
  8. If you are referring to just redirecting the other 2 URLs to your site on our hosting, then thats something you would of course do on your end
  9. There has been a ticket created for you on this so we can take a closer look at what is going on. However the latter one of those 2 would be an issue with tapatalk, rather than ourselves. It looks like an issue with mb4 conversion. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  10. Have you since resolved this issue? Im not seeing any issues at this point, and test emails send out with no problem at all.
  11. There is no export of these in order to move elsewhere, for backup or otherwise
  12. No problem. I got it there 🙂
  13. Glad to hear this has resolved your issue 🙂
  14. Please switch to PHP 8.1 maximum. We have not yet confirmed compatibility with that PHP version
  15. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  16. Looking at your database there, it appears that table is the only one in your database which is not INNODB. Please change that and check again. If that's still then an issue (I suspect it may be) let us know and we can get this looked into further.
  17. Glad to hear it 🙂
  18. The most common cause here is that people are actually clicking multiple times to create the post. Are you seeing any lag when posting at all? Have you disabled 3rd party items for a while to get your users to test?
  19. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  20. Please update to 4.7.11.1 to make sure you have the latest bug fixes, and then try again. If you are then still having issues, test with all 3rd party items disabled, on a default unaltered theme
  21. Sorry, please could you clarify, is this 2 separate areas you are referring to?
  22. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  23. I believe this is what you will be looking for
  24. Im not sure what you mean in terms of best use. You can use * as a wildcard character. By default the platform uses "Any" for what words to use. You can change that to "All" within advanced search
