  1. You would be looking to change the meta tagsin that case. Take a look here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/promotion/seo-r295/
  2. Also if you have a redirection from the old URL to the new, remove that while you are resetting
  3. Ive actually logged this one as a bug 🙂
  4. You havent specified there what part of our API is being called? Or is this custom development?
  5. My colleague has this down to take a look at, however please bear in mind we are currently closed for the holidays.
  6. The question here is where exactly are you changing these? Translated items, unless there is an update to a language string and the item is removed, would be maintained between upgrades unless otherwise stated. It does need to be noted, version 5 is a major update, so its very likely you would need a new pack
  7. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  8. Please could you provide an example download link and we can take a look? (the downloads item itself, rather than what was posted above)
  9. I am not able to reproduce this issue in any way unfortunately. Please check this with all 3rd party items disabled, and test using the latest release.
  10. Im not able to replicate this at all on my end unfortunately. Please disable both of those items, clear your browser cache, and then test this again. Things seem to be working with no issue on my end
  11. One is the actual version ID used for versioning the file. The other is the visual version shown to the user. The former is what would be used to determine by the system whether or not its an update. You may, for example, upload something, quickly realise there is an issue. First one Version 1.0.1 Version ID 1001 Second one Version 1.0.1 Version ID 1002 The system knows its updated
  12. Please let us know if you do find a bug of course 😄
  13. Are you referring to the title on the page, or title in the browser there?
  14. The most likely cause of this is the compression being used. Check in System>Files>Image Settings
  15. Sorry, Im a little confused as to what you mean there. Both of those are sorted correctly as the first is correctly sorted as text (as thats the type you are using), and the latter as a number
  16. You should also contact your hosting company for advice on how better to protect files on their network
  17. Im not sure what you mean here. If your server is defining something incorrectly, you would need to speak to the people who manage your server
  18. Ive added a bug report for this
  19. Glad to hear you have what you need 🙂
  20. I would need an example member to take a look at. If you can provide this, I can certainly take a look to see why they are being caught up by spam filters
  21. Just resave the page permission. It really shouldnt happen though to be honest
  22. Issue with the pages permissions not having saved for some reason. Fixed 🙂
  23. While I havent seen this using grammarly personally, I would indeed ask the users in question to disable any extentions they are using on their browser and test Does indeed sound a good way to go, however Ive been unable to replicate the issue myself in order to debug I have tagged our developers to see if there are any other suggestions we can make on this
  24. Glad to hear you found the problem there
  25. Sorry, David. It seems your last message there was missed, so it hadnt been picked back up on. I will take a look at this today for you. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any browser plugins running there
