  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. Its not possible for me to say for certain what your friend has, however you do not have the classic license type, which gives you all applications. If you go to your client area, you will see a banner which allows you to see what terms you can be offered to switch
  3. The only way in which you are going to be able to do this would be to move them into another group yourself, if its something you are manually approving. So you flow would be Guest - Cant see anything Registered - Can see the 1 forum and post New group - You move them to this group once you are happy with them, which can see everything There isnt a way in which you are going to be able to automate more than this

  7. This will be you server. We wouldnt attempt to send an email every hour. We send an email to your email service, and once its gone its in the hands of your email provider

  9. You can see the specific error related to the issue within system>Settings>logs on your sites installation, or within your server logs. We would not generally provide more specific infromation about errors such as these as doing so could reveal information that you would not want to show
  10. It sends email from whatever you have set up in system->Settings->Email on your admin CP. It would indeed be that which would need to be set up correctly, and you would need to contact whoever sends the mail for that email address
  11. As you are using your own email service, thats not something that would be provided by ourselves. Its something that would be provided by your email provider
  12. That is something you will need to take up with your mail provider, to ensure you have everything set up as you should have.
  13. On each location Im seeing that has occurred there are gooks that are loaded. You need to ensure everything is indeed disabled in the first instance. Even in the message above, I can see chatbox is loading there. Im not seeing any sisues on the site itself, but seeing it being logged

  17. Glad to hear things are working for you. I suspect this is more likely an issue on the side of your email, given what you are describing

  21. You will want to manually upgrade Check your server meets the current requirements using the requirement checker. You will need to update to php 8.1 at least - Upload a fresh set of files from your client area, overwriting any files which already exist. Run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade and follow the process through Of course this is done after making a full backup of both files and database.
  22. Are you all on the site testing this as you are online? If so, you would get the notification while you are on the site and wouldnt get the email
  23. Please provide me with an example user, and example item you believe you should have received notification from. We can then take a look for you
