  1. Always something good to do 🙂 I've done the same myself in the past, and ended up with none at all lol
  2. That will indeed be doing some intensive work. Its essentially archiving and unarchiving data based on rules that you have set (your 5 years there). Have you recently switched this on?
  3. This has been resolved within your ticket. However to answer the question for others who may come across this, its something that would need to be added by support on the cloud platform. Just send us in a ticket and we can sort for you 🙂
  4. Have you tried switching out for hcaptcha? We would actually recommend this more than recaptcha these days
  5. As mentioned above, you need to ensure your database is converted to mb4. This is shown in the support area of your admin CP, under the database section, as an issue on your site that should be addressed. Taking a look at your site, I also noted your site is considerably out of date, and should be updated to the latest release
  6. We need to know what the internal server error is that is being thrown, in order to advise accordingly. At present you have a "500" shown there, which would generally store on your server error logs
  7. The above is certainly what you seem to be looking for, but let us know if you there is anything you are unsure on
  8. Unfortunately, we would not be able to resolve server related issues, or issues on home environments. We also don't recommend running in remote environments.
  9. Im not aware of any off hand. I can only confirm what you have said there, and let you know thats not possible in the core platform
  10. You can set these to prune automatically from the following location members > member settings > profile settings
  11. No problem. As long as he is sorted 🙂
  12. Disabling plugins will not change the column being present that has the issue. The only option would be to get the issue resolved or the issue removed (by removing the plugin or application that adds that item)
  13. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  14. There is no other IP information we can provide, other than what is already provided on the user in the admin CP when you look at that member. You cant get IP information back from emails etc. It would be a case of keep banning them, essentially until they get bored. If someone wants to join when they are banned, and has the knowhow to do so, there is little you can really do to stop them (bar closing registrations of course. People can change IP address (using VPN for example), set up different email addresses and the likes to get around these things. In my experience, the best course of action is simply to keep banning them, and nothing else. No interaction etc. The more interaction the longer it will take for them to get bored of it
  15. This has been resolved on your ticket 🙂
  16. No problem. Hope you manage to get the issue resolved with the developer
  17. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can get you sorted
  18. Yes, the API should indeed still work. Ensure the folder is readable, and that mod_rewrite is enabled on the server.
  19. If you are not able to figure what is happening from there, please let us know the member in question, and the member they dont believe they are able to see. We can then take a look for you.
  20. I have created a ticket on this for you. Please ensure all access details on file are up to date
  21. As you can see above, there is something causing a login issue on your site unfortunately. Without being able to log into your site, Im unable to look at the problem. You would need to disable all 3rd party items so I can test logging in. I understand you dont believe it to be a 3rd party issue, however unless you dont have any 3rd party items, its not possible to determine that without knowing what the error is
  22. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  23. You would be updated on here once they have. The issue is this isnt happening for anyone else, and actually isnt happening for your own users when cache is cleared. So seeing if we can get any advice on this.
