I edited some database templates. How can I revert those two templates to default? And other thing. I compared default template with edited. In most cases i cannot see original template. Is that some bug?

Members are running into upload failures in some cases, not sure why this is happening as there is quite a bit of disk space quota available (40GB) at the time of these failures. Files are being left behind (2.3GB each on avg) because of the failures and eventually completely capping the disk space quota. Would a single image take up to 40GB of free disk space when it can't do it all in memory? We have a legacy message board that was hosted on a gridserver at Media Temple until it was bought out by Godaddy. Godaddy was not able to get the board working with the Media Temple files, so we transferred the board to Siteground, but posts before April 2020 are missing. The board had posts back to 2012. Our last backup file is from November 2020. Siteground is telling us that the new version of the Invision software is not compatible with the backup. I believe the backup is on version 3 of the software. Can someone please advise?

This happened after switching the theme storage settings to our S3. Our entire site is down and we can't access the admin CP to switch it back or clear system cache. And I guess we can't create a support ticket because we're self hosted. [[Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

Whenever trying to move a topic, the system returns an error... However, even though the error is displayed, the topic is being moved. Some users have reported 0 byte files being downloaded from Downloads. This is likely due to files not transferring over during a server relocation. Is there an easy way to run an holistic report in Downloads to find all missing files? Ted.

Hi guys, for a few days now, after writing a post and clicking 'Submit Reply' it takes 10 to thirty seconds to save the post. This does not happen on the post editing function and happens even without advertising and with all plugins disabled. Do you have any advice for me?

I've moved server and domain host etc - the forum and DB at first glance appear to be working fine. Since moving to the new server I completed an upgrade to the latest software too - and all that went without any errors too. However, if you select to change your profile photo there's no part of the form to select a new image nor can you delete your current image AND in Admin CP there are a number of pages which aren't accessible, especially some tabs on pages such as general or advanced config for instance. I want to have a landing page for the website. In a previous installation, I was able to land on a "Page" that I designated as a homepage and make Pages the default application. That doesn't work anymore as the Articles database comes up and it shows as the Articles menu location. So, the best solution I can come up with is to create my own homepage that introduces the website that users click on to start up the IPS instance (I will use forums as the default app). So, I moved the installation down a directory and changed the conf file to show the base URL in the new location. But the software failed. Hi, We have followed the steps to manually upgrade the files using sFTP, as the automatic one only suggested SQL that was irrelevant and had no effect, and couldn't move on. Yes, everything is compatible, we are on PHP 8.0. All the system checks etc run. We are upgrading from v4.5.4.2 to 4.7.14. 1. Snapshotting the server 2. Upload all the files via sFTP (took 2 hours) 3. Going to /admin/upgrade = says no application to upgrade Fine, but we still get error messages about that we should upgrade to 4.7.14, so the files are not applied properly 4. Hi, I have a new client from Brazil (I'm in the UK) who has contacted me to say that he paid for a download yesterday but it is still showing as Pending, even though his card was charged successfully. He is correct so I went to Stripe Dashboard and checked and it shows as "Payment authorised, but not yet captured". I can see options to capture a payment, but I thought it should be automatic and don't want to have charged him twice. I've not seen this before and Stripes documentation doesn't find any search results. Any advice on how to proceed? Thank you!

Hi there, When I post an embedded Youtube link or even reference another post (which generates an iframe) I notice my server returns a 403 error. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this and what to check in terms of server configuration to fix this? Can you please let me know what to try/check to try and resolve this issue? Hello everyone, I just wanted to convert data from an old forum I had (based on Invision in early 2023) to a fresh installation. Everything was going well until I wanted to start the conversion : "No items could be found to convert. This may be because there is no data present to convert in your old database." I don't understand this error cause the db is actually full of data: If anyone had a solution to this problem it would literally save my life.
