working on migrating to a new server. Moved the files, and database. Everything is wired up and looks good mostly, but I got the following error [[Template core/front/global/favico is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] What could cause this? I cleared the cache already.

Hi there Is there an option or plugin available to reduce the size of the original image uploaded to the gallery, on upload? As done with the attachments. I understand why an original is kept but in the case of my forum there is no need for an original image and it will just take up more space unnecessarily. Thanks in advance

Just to be sure... there is absolutely no way to create an RSS feed of a Club's calendar? More to the point, there is no way of doing so with a date limitation!? Those who know my board know that we run Clubs for real-world clubs and they are simply asking for an RSS feed of their club activities... Can't seem to do it or am I missing it somewhere. I've told them that they can use an iCalendar subscription, which they like, but they also want an RSS... Thoughts? Thanks all and for thsoe reading this today... Have a happy new year!!

Hi, I'm in search of a solution that gives to the moderator a possibility to show in the activity stream of a member, all content items excluding content that member posted in its own topics. Is there a way to do this ? The objective is to be able to quickly see whether or not a member answers to other topics than its own. Thanks for your help.

Hello Everyone, my question is in the future will there be a way to see your site in a mobile like view from the desktop, without just pulling out the phone to view it? And also while I'm at it , orientation of the elements or blocks in mobile view , will it be improved upon in terms of layout when I go to view my site from a phone . I find the blocks aren't as controllable in terms of placement in mobile view. Thank You

When viewing a list of forums in my community, forums with unread posts have bold icons as shown below. If I click on the bold icon all posts in the forum are marked as read. If I click on the forum name (General) I'm taken to that forum where I can view all the unread posts. I want to be taken to the forum where I can view all the unread posts when I click on the bold icon. Where and how can I make changes to the code to make the bold icon take me to the forum to view unread posts instead of marking all the posts in the forum read? Any help is appreciated.

I thought I am missing something that when we switch to google login, profile completion steps doesn't show up. Reported this to support and they said it's working fine at their end and I need to disable all apps and plugin to debug (usual reaction). Before I go this whole nine yard, just like to check if anyone here using google login and then user are forced to complete their profile (required fields), please share your board url as i like to test it.

For the select... It'd be nice to drop selects from front-end imo. They don't fit for a good look. Got it! What's not good here is the amount of control given to Google through the Invision basic theme in forms. The default theme needs more web-kit rules without doubt to stop the Google take-over. Besides, in general the basic user without web design knowledge is stuck with a very complicated issue not addressed in the default theme and is more than likely forced to just settle with a half baked form situation with undesired colors. Just my 2 cents here..

We have 3 custom mandatory profile fields (Mobile, Location, what bring you here) and we wish to use google login for quick registration, but while doing that these custom profile fields are getting ignored. How can we implement google login, so people can sign up quickly and once auth is done after the agreeing to terms page these three fields should come before user redirected to home page? I tried both below options and nothing is working.

Is there any way we can allow our users to customize the latest topic page (/latest) or homepage feed of latest topics from the forums they like? As we have tons of activities and some user started complaining that there thread get buried in few hours. Hope there is a way to sort out how Quora and Medium does, ask minimum 6 interest and then all the feed will show topics related to your interest only.

What other payment gateways does other people use, what do you prefer and what are the benefits? I have read the following page - I've never heard of any of the other options, at the moment I just use PayPal. It seems from the documentation that social promotion requires allowing members to log in with their social accounts. Is it possible to only allow promotion to social accounts without allowing non staff members to link to a social account (or prompt for social login when logged out)?

When adding a database field of type "database", can it be specified to only show records from within a specific category of the other database? Let's say, for example, that you have a database of Vehicles (DB A) and with that database you have Vehicle Types as a category (eg: "truck", "sedan", "convertible", and so on). You can then add records for different vehicles and categorize them by body type. The thread title is a bit truncated up there, but the general question is.... when using databases with comments and where the forums are being used for the comments (so that a new thread automatically gets created upon the new DB record insert), what determines which DB field is used to populate the automatically created thread post?
