When I'm watching forum view on iPhone, some topics don't have page numbers, but when I open some topic with 72 replies, theres 3 pages. It seems page numbers (at least last page number) appears, when topic has over 100 replies. Why?

I haven't logged into the client area for a while and tried today to find an error that all accounts were reset so I need to do a password reset. I tried this but never get an email nothing in my junk either. I have email support and had no reply has anyone else had this issue?

If I am writing a blog and add some images, would it not make sense to have an option to add all images added to that post to a Gallery album automatically to assist productivity? As it stands, I have to add them to the Album AND the post? Yes, I know I can tag the Album in the blog post, but that is not pretty.

Dear Invision. I was hoping i didn't have to write here to get an reply from you guys. But it's been 9 days since i got an reply from Tier || support and we are now on our way into a new weekend without support. I know that you have about 50 open tickets and you are working as fast as possible, but 9 days without any reply is a lot longer than i expected. I'm not asking for much, but some kind of reply, maybe a date or time for the support is much appreciated. Thomas

Not really looking to start a whole discussion about Cookie Consent specifically again, but that discussion gave me a broader idea. Why can't we simply have a feature that allows us to configure a dialogue box that appears when someone is visiting the site for the first time, with a custom message and an "Accept" button? This could be used for a number of things, including cookie storage consent, warning about mature content on the site, to inform the visitor about rules, show an important message related to an announcement or event, etc. This way IPS doesn't have to mess with the specifics of laws, but instead provide a very generic tool that the site admin can use the w…

As per the support team feedback , language selection is based on the browser identifying its language. Even if i do set another language as the default, when a visitor arrives using a browser that identifies itself as using English, that's the English language that will be chosen. The only way to force all visitors to see The other language is delete English and is to have only the other language available. Which is not optimum for non English Forums.

Hi, After having used the messenger a lot in the new IPS4, I think the list (on the left) could be improved. Currently, we can feel it has been designed for the mobile world, but I must say it's not really user friendly on a computer. It involves a looooot of scrolling in a day to day use, for instance to find a previous message. Would it be possible to increase the list height, and use a pagination instead of the continuous scrolling? Thanks!

It would be awesome if the statistics had a default range of like the last 12 months or maybe just this year (so starting January to date). Currently the functionality gives you all of the data from the start of your community which is awesome to see but not particularly useful in it's default use.

We need better navigation menu controls. The current system in pages is good, but it only covers the pages app, and not the rest of the suite. I'd like to be able to mix and match pages from all parts of the suite together, in the order I want. For example, this ordering is currently impossible to get working properly (with the buttons lighting up when pages are active), without writing custom code to do it: [pages|homepage] [forums] [customlink1] [pages|mypage] [pages|myotherpage] [gallery] [customlink2]

While testdriving and translating IPS i couldn't find the XML-RPC feature that we had in IPB3.x. Is there an alternative in IPS4? If yes, where can i find information? I used the XML-RPC api to implement some stuff in an other CMS (for example to display latest topics in a Joomla module). I can't upgrade community forums cause it would break those modules. Hope there is an alternative for the old XML-RPC api

I'm sure widgetry is a word. If not, then we should pretend IPS invented it. Suggestions on Widgets: 1. System > Member Statistics: Split into Member Stats (with just numbers) and Member Feed. 2. There’s a schedule and booking app called Bookeo from bookeo.com that does a very good job scheduling workshops, courses, classes, etc. It keeps a calendar schedule with tracking changes via google, outlook, and other .ics calendar synch process. Can IP Calendar work or act like Bookeo?

Right now, the admin panel lacks in a lot of useful statistics that would be helpful for administrators. Some ideas: Info on attachments/files stored: Bandwidth usage, charts of increasing storage usage to assist in managing file space. Integrate this with the way gallery does things, and the existing system>files interface, so theres one unified interface for tracking user content/images so we can see what content is taking the most resources.Detailed statistics on more then posts and topics - I would like to see similar charts to the ones currently used for posts, but for other features, like comments, or gallery images. I know this has been done to death and I remember reading the reasons why you were reluctant to add cookie consent although I can't find the topic now.
