Strong wanting, add Admin Staff Support Request View and ACP Activity Stream (not implemented yet) into the Support (kokoko.com/support) front end view. When admin open support of front end, it will show 3 tabs: Tab 1. ACP Activity Stream. Tab 2. The ACP Support Request page, there can manage requests threads, reply, add staff note, change status, change assigned to, see Customer View and add Customer Note. Tab 3. As all member normally request page view.

Whatever the new view is that shows the first paragraph of each post is super slow to load. I can imagine it would be horrible in production for users. Hopefully this can be sped up. Check this forum as an example.

Can you please add a way to suppress these upgrade notices every time you put out a new version after I've already dismissed it once? Sure, display it in the ACP, but I don't need to see it at the top of my forum every single time I visit, and if I dismiss it, it comes back the next day. Super annoying, I won't be upgrading to 4.5 anytime soon, and I just want to turn it off until the next version is released. I don't mind seeing this notice once when there's a new version, but it's getting tiresome seeing this reappear after I've already dismissed it once for a specific release. Need Support system with cross-frondend-backend ability. Our tasks are alround the when a customer generated a purchase, 1. there is already request for automation creating support request thread for each invoice generated(with the invoice attached or related), 2. Many times as staff, we have to create conversations related the invoice. Right now I found the Note inside the invoice template, but it just for add extra information to the invoice and it is printable. I just uploaded 4.5 B5 and it went smooth but the auto upgrader identified the 1 small css change I made in global to adjust the header icon spacing and wiped it out along with my header background image and logo. Not a major deal but it will suck if this happens every time there is an upgrade...is there anyway I should be adding a header BG to default theme so it doesn't get borked every time?

Is there any reason, that YouTube-Field in Pages cannot be placed below the content like all other fields? This option is not available for YouTube field. Why? Edit: Display custom format option is also not available. Due to these two "non-features" is the usage of the field is not very sane.

Hey team, now that IPB is getting some love with 4.5 and singing in via your Apple account, wondering... would it be possible to also integrate a way to include Apple Music embeds like Spotify? Including on 4.4 😇 My members feel like I'm sabotaging them by not allowing Apple Music to embed on the forum 😆 Anyone else missing this feature?

Hello, I need urgent create an automation workground. After a purchase the invoice is generated, I need at the same time: 1. I am using commerce for online store, but IPS don't have this kind design and business focus, globally I feel IPS has the structure, but miss so much users focus design details that couse so much tricky experience. Store, Invoice, shipments, support...basically these things are there... Hello, I am migrating old BBcode from a forum over 14 years old and I realize that over time a large number of images hosted outside the site are no longer available. Is it possible to avoid this problem, to have an option in an IPB which ensures that external images are automatically copied and hosted on our own server? Regards,

I am struggling with many of the error messages seen throughout Invision Community. Many of these errors are default errors used everywhere without paying attention to the context. Let me tell you what I am doing so you can see what I mean. I created a Page with a database, added some categories and records. Then one of those categories will have a permission different to the database so that only a certain User Group can see it. It’s homework for a course that only members that are within User Group X can have access to. Throughout IPS the error messages are usually out of context, the error is spitted without considering the context and why it's happening…

Please add the ability to add a poll to a pages record or by itself as a record. I run a news site, forums are not part of a local news site in general, but the ability to add a poll would be fantastic. Since the software is sold now by app basis, pages would be deserving of this ability imo. Thank You

Hello, It would be a good idea to add a One-time payment option to acquire the subscription and another renewable payment option. Some users do not want to subscribe and make automatic payments, they prefer to test the subscription and if they like they can activate the automatic self-renewal option.

My members always forget to fill right the shipping address fiel. Need ability to set Shipping address as a required checklist. In the checkout process, demand user checklist the Shipping Address(I would like to set this field as ARE YOU SURE SHIP TO THIS ADDRESS?), after the field is checked, then appear the address already collected (Below the address with the CHANGE ADDRESS option), with this little design I can avoid 99% of these kind little hesitate issues.
