What-a-change-to-the-default. I've seen feedback on the web from users on 4.5.x forums and common responses are: Arrrghhhh! My eyes!!!! & "What a lot of wasted space." The default colour shceme can be easily altered (just work), but I'm not sure about the "wasted space" issues people are reporting...? Out of curiosity, have Invision given reasons for making these particular changes? Are they using radically different monitor set-up to us, do they wear sunshades at work? I know their future's bright, but... 😎 Hmmm!

For increased privacy, please offer youtube-nocookie.com and adding &rel=0 to auto-embeds for YouTube videos. Safari 14 now makes it trivially easy to see what trackers are trying to follow you on what web sites. Cheers.

Hello, the /staff page uses old grid with floats which breaks height of individual boxes when texts are longer and wrap, also the optimization for smaller screens is not the best because of lot of space around. Recoding this page with new css grid would be appreciated. On video attached you can see what I mean and how I fixed it on my customised theme. https://streamable.com/eo3wvg

seems all products and subscriptions can select which payment gateways are accepted for purchase. However Gift Cards and Donations do not have this restriction; and all payment methods are presented as a payment option. I think this should be corrected and consistent with products and subscriptions

Members would like the choice to select from one of the available forum views (grid, traditional forum view, simplified listing with filters) and have that value persist across sessions on their member account. After submitting a support request, we were informed that this setting is stored in a cookie. Members clearing cookies, using multiple devices, or browing incognito are not having this value saved. This should be a user account setting, restored upon login regardless of whether or not cookies are stored.

Maybe I am missing it somewhere but since 4.5 added a referral system, I don't see anywhere to track how many referrals my members are bringing in. Ideally, Top Referrers should be added to the Top Members tab in the Leaderboard. What do you think guys? Can we get this done?

Users are posting more and more media everyday on my community. I face a problem related to iPhone mov video file, that does not play on Google Chrome. Please add SDK integration to Amazon Elastic Transcoder to save the mov file under mp4 format, saving space and making the video compatible to all devices.

I have an idea that can give so good purpose to Topic Summary feature, that is Note for Topic Summary. Right now due the miss of link function for Topic Summary elements, it still can not produce a positive affect in this feature, If we have the note ability, it will provide a good content moderation of a topic with organize knoledge and resume information purpose. Currently, there are no config options when following a member, so it's just binary following/not following. This means that you have to opt into all or nothing for being notified about new content posted by your followees - there's no way to follow a member for status updates only. It would make sense if the follow dialog when following a member let you choose between "status updates only" and "all content". Today @Michael.J's Auto Welcome plugin was updated with 4.5 support. As a part of the upgrade process in 4.5, an incrementing process runs to presumably move data out of a Not Good Place(tm) in the database into a place deemed acceptable by IPS Marketplace guidelines. As we have many, many members, this process was slowly incrementing, 50 at a time, toward the very large number of members that we have. This must have met the IPS standards and must have been blessed by IPS' review process. Just gotta throw it out there for any new potential customers, and to let staff know they're appreciated : Support : The few times I have ever needed support from Invision themselves, have always been answered in a timely manner, and "to the point focus", and I love it. Staff has always made a point of answering all my questions in a message, and I find that lacks in alot of other places. A+ support 🥰 Service : Out of 7 months of usage, I think we have experienced 1 "downtime" period, and for only a few hours. Why on earth would you be able to flag another moderator as a spammer? The ability to be flagged as a spammer should be a usergroup permission item, or the tool should have a list of groups that it can be used with.

It would be lovely if the next IPS major upgrade were to provide administrators with a walkthrough of all new configuration options either during the upgrade or post-upgrade. This would help us identify what settings and features have new behavior or options that did not exist prior to the upgrade, so we can make decisions on what appropriate values would be to set. Hey team, I had an idea... I would love to see a Timeline application. Similar to functionality as the Calendar app, but the layout would look something more like a linear timeline: Members could add dates/events and begin a timeline. Other members could contribute based off Group permissions The layout could appear either horizontally or vertically. Ideally, they could also earn points via @TheJackal84's Members Shop app for each event they add. I would definitely be interested in something like this, anyone else?

Hello Why I can't see member page? If this is a bug I am reporting it so that it will be fix in the next update. Here is the video of the problem. As you can see, if I want to search for a certain member to make them moderator of a club, I can't, because i can't see all the members.

Please add the ability to assign a new member to a group upon registration approval. Possibly by a drop down menu next to the name. (on the pending approval screen). I do not have a default group for new members. I have a wide variety of member permissions. Having two drop downs one for primary and one for secondary groups (control clickable) would be ideal, but I don't want to push it...
