We've got a number of domains we'll be pointing to the same resource hosted here on invision's servers. strokenetwork.org is pointed here, but does not resolve. We so far only have one domain pointing here and it's working - strokeboard.net

Hello everyone Today I woke up with all the private messages deleted from January, I did nothing to delete this one. I have some questions. 1.- Does anyone know where the private messages are stored in the database? 2.- A day ago I activated Chatbox, could this tool be deleting private messages? King Regard

So I was going to apply the latest update, and I got this message for some files: "If you are sure the files have been uploaded correctly, make sure the permissions are set correctly on them." The files are there, so I assume it is permissions. Looks like they are all 644. What should I change them to in order to be "correct"? Thank you!

I'm trying to create an RSS feed from our forums to display in an area on our members only website. If I leave the forums with "All" checked, then it works fine. But I don't want all of the forums. I only want certain ones in the feed. unfortunately, it won't let me select individual forums. The list of forums appears, but you can't select any of them. I have tried in both Google Chrome and Firefox.

A user posted a picture. It shows up for me but someone says they're not seeing it (seeing an empty .png instead). When I click the picture, it opens an image viewer with a broken image link, as below. When I edit the post, I see the picture but not the attached file? 1.) I set the image sorting for a Gallery category to “Caption”. 2.) I then create an album in that category, but it defaults to “Recently” updated. Shouldn’t the former setting control the default for the latter? And if not, what is the former setting even for? And finally: How to set “Caption” as a default order for newly created albums?

Hi., Yesterday @drawncodes. solved some problems with upgrading my community from a nulled one to a licensed one. But today we got some new errors and I asked @drawncodes. to help me again :D. After we Install a third party plugin or even a plugin from marketplace we can't use "Managing Blocks" anymore. I left a screenshot down below. So on our site, we have created de-activated group where users can request to put request for deactivation. They way in future we can request their account back, since we don't have FB like system in IPS. But now if I enable, group can't access site, user get this message. Users are getting confused thinking they did something wrong. Anyway, I can show group based message? i.e. Your Account has been De-activated? Banned is for someone, who we never want on our website back!

I've just set up Stripe payments, and I'm having trouble finding a way to make customer statements (as in, what they see in their bank records) showing some specific information. At the moment, statements will show the business name and the support phone number as provided to Stripe. Stripe support claims this is how it has to be - and that perhaps via the Invision integration one can change what gets displayed. Very much appreciate any insight into this. Rather than the phone number, I'd love for the statement to display the product/donation/subscription name that was bought.

Almost all my language strings are outdated. I have tried to figure out why and found this: Create a new language in ACP Go and translate one string (for example, stats_activity_overview) Download the language with this one translated string Create new language as import from downloaded one (step3) Go to translate and show outdated strings, the only translated string will be shown as outdated. Hello, I just wanted to point out that an scheduled topic appears as unread for the user that schedules it. That shouldn't be so. I mean, if I schedule 10 new topics to be published tomorrow, why should the person that schedules it have it appeared as "unread"? I am the user who scheduled it, I already read it. I have some gallery images that are failing to load with even on the default theme.
