This is strange. I have a subscription product (regular product with a renewal term) that is expired. When I click to renew it, a box appears asking how many months I want to renew it for? I want the customer to be charged month after month unless they cancel their plan. I definitely don't want the default to just charge them one month. I set the term to three months and pressed continue: Will the customer be automatically charge on March 11, and every month after?

Since I moved my site to AWS Lightsail cpanel/whm instance I can not send mail using PHP or SMTP but I have had luck sending using sendgrid until it comes to password resets (lost password). When the user gets an email it is getting this url4620.domain.com added in front of the domain name. I thought it might have something to do with tracking on send grid but I confirmed no tracking is turned on. My preference is to use SMTP or PHP but I know lots of issues sending mail from AWS hosted servers so I'm okay using send grid but need the lost password to send a valid Link in the email. Any help is appreciated.

Hi there, I was creating a bulk mail. I wanted to send it to all users who specified "Essen" in a profile field (a city in Germany). But then among the recipients were users who had specified "Hessen" in the profile field (a state in Germany). Can this be prevented?

We converted from vBulletin last year. I suddenly discovered that we got over 17,000 posts all stacked up in the approval queue dating around 2007 onwards. Anybody got any idea how I can bulk delete these please. Thanks

Hi Community..!! mysqltuner recommends that I execute the statement to recover space in this table, however, in its execution it requests a duplication. mysql> ALTER TABLE `database`.`ibf_core_achievements_log` FORCE; ERROR 1062 (23000): Duplicate entry '215209.2023-02-03-core_SessionStartDaily' for key 'lookup' Can the content of this table be deleted? Or, is there an option in the ACP that allows me to keep it?? Regards,

Before the update, my Pages URLs looked like this. mydomain.com mydomain.com/home/ (for the articles - IP.Pages created) Now it's mydomain.com - "The area you are attempting to access is currently offline. Please try again later." So, I switched /home/ to /articles/ but now I can set my homepage??? I have: mydomain.com/home/ mydomain.com/articles/ I want /home/ to be mydomain.com How do I do this?

Hello, 🙂 I've had about 5 accounts recently which had been hacked : - the accounts had been created with my country's IPs. - these are old accounts (one was created for example in 2015). - their last posts on my board is spam (the previous posts had been posted obviously by the board's users) and the corresponding IP is from a foreign country (Russia). This made me first believe that the accounts' passwords were weak and that this is the reason why spammers managed to login and post their spam... So I decided to disable the "Automatically unlock locked accounts when failed login count is reset?" option first. Are there other possible reasons…

Hi, We have an issue whereby all the post report options available to Moderators show as "Complete", instead of "Under Review" etc. I looked under the language translations and could not find the culprit. I also checked on the default theme to ensure it's not a theme issue. Any thoughts? Thanks

I am having an issue upgrading to the latest version. First, it was an issue with PHP 8.1 which I got resolved. It has an issue downloading and extracting and has me download it manually, then upload it. I copied all the contents of the site, and put them in a 'old_backup' directory. I then uploaded everything from a fresh download of the Community Suite. When I went to Continue to upgrade I got the following error: I removed everything from the directory. Put everything from the old_backup into the directory. I've noticed sometimes large gaps will appear at the end of posts when someone posts on my site. This has happened quite often over the years but the current member its affecting is extreme, sometimes it canbe 200+ lines meaning you have to scroll a long time until the post ends. I have asked what phone and browser they are using and its a Samsung a53 using default browser. Example here

Hello, Can someone point me in the right direction to speak with someone regarding this. There is no longer a direct technical support. I have recently moved my community to a new URL, the old instance on the old URL has been removed entirely. However when I login to my client are to change the URL, I get the below.
