panzerscope Posted February 4 Share Posted February 4 Hello, Can someone point me in the right direction to speak with someone regarding this. There is no longer a direct technical support. I have recently moved my community to a new URL, the old instance on the old URL has been removed entirely. However when I login to my client are to change the URL, I get the below. As you've found out, our URL reset tool will need to not see the software present in order to reset it. Answering your question above, your support has not changed, only how you obtain support has changed slightly.
