Support is taking way too long, and I've had my hopes up to upgrade for the past week, and finally got a chance to (long weekend for Canadians), but I ended up having to make my board go down for way too long. Hello. My community was on 4.0.11 and I think when I've updated to 4.0.12, my /uploads folder was emptied : avatars, cover pictures, attached files, emoticons, etc... Since this morning, I sending a backup folder of "/uploads" on the ftp... What's happened? It will happen again? Thanks.

I am running 4.0.11 and have two questions. First, when I try to embed a video link, it doesn't show up. Not sure that I using the right tools though. Guys we've got the situation where we want to move all the posts from a couple of forums (which we will be closing) into another (current parent) forum. With the old IP.Board I'm sure I remember having a 'move' post facility in the ACP. Now all I can see are: So what is the right methodology? If I use 'Empty' does it prompt you with the option to move the posts into another forum? Hopefully some kind soul can advise ,you can appreciate me being cautious!

So a couple of my members are getting Fatal Error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted tried to allocate 89963 bytes in /home/maulingi/plic_html/init/php and I'm getting this error (but only on some threads) Please can you give me any advice on how to fix? I don't need to upgrade my pay plan do i?

Hi, I just installed IPS 4 but when I try to install 3rd party apps, namedly Collaborations and Chatbox, they give me this error. I'm using an old upgraded install and for some strange reason, I do not have the ability to use the front-end widget manager. From what I can see in the database, my account has super mod & admin privileges so I'm a little puzzled as to why I don't see this feature. Is there a switch somewhere to enable this? Thanks

Hello, Recently I upgraded to the latest version of IPB4. Many of my users, and myself are complaining about the editor being laggy on mobile devices. Is anyone else experiencing this, or know a fix? I am using a paid theme from IPS focus if that makes a difference. TIA -Pete

Recently shifted from 3.0.8 version to 4.0.11 and plenty of url's have been broken due to clean url optimization in new version. It looks definitely better than past by ditching /_/ and /content/ but I am afraid how much this change will backfire in SERP for a community that has thousands of IP Content pages....? Need some advise in judging the intensity of the problem or solution (if any) to fix it. Thanks in advance.

Hello guys, I recently had an issue where my converted and upgraded IP board 4 would´t allow me to changes pages. And since the Tier II support took too ling time I decided to just redo the whole thing.. So upon installation of 3.4 it starts with an failure with the error code and message as follow below, does anyone know what this is about?
