Ueda Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 Hi,I just installed IPS 4 but when I try to install 3rd party apps, namedly Collaborations and Chatbox, they give me this error. I'm trying to install these apps, https://community.invisionpower.com/files/file/7465-bim40-chatbox/ https://community.invisionpower.com/files/file/7591-group-collaboration-demo/ What I did was I extracted it manually into the application folder. W4L Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 are you trying to install them in the right place ?collab/chat box are application's seen people try to install them in plugin's lolare you uploading the right file ?you should be uploading the xml.
