This is weird. I moved server. Everything works smoothly so far. But. Database table forums_archive_posts Old server: 177 680 lines, 238Mb New server: 177680 lines, 309Mb Same mysql version. Why size got bigger?

Thought to clean up database and some files a bit. But before I delete anything, need some help from smarter ones. Which tables are safe to delete from database? I copyed my site to subdomain to test new php version etc. I have changed paths to conf-file. I can see frontpage, but example /forums or /login gives 404. What im missing here?

Hello im using IPS 4.1.10 and my problum is Like notification data that can be prevented the Daily Email Digest ? Example: notification is not showing any attachments images and text in post via email, only notify via email, What does a premium member to follow threads, after expired membership subscription daily receive daily digest via email with premium stuff, because it's membership displeasure to the ends of the thread. So following threads it finds via email, while premium data Forum he does not have access to this forum, pls any idea about this ? see this attachment image

Hey everyone, I have a question concerning my site. So, we just installed the blog to use for news articles and such, and we have the feed show on the front page (www.ambitiongamers.com) but, its very plain and boring, and Ive seen communities in the past that, the front page feed had an image and then like, a summary of sorts next to it on the right - any idea how this goes about?

for some time I have had a mix of InnoDB and myISAM tables it seems my server default is myISAM how do I change it to default to innoDB and to convert existing tables to innoDB in one shot not have to use phpmyadmin one table at a time. Also all my tables are currently utf8_unicode_ci and trying to also figure out if there is a similar means to convert the tables to utf8mb4_unicode_ci so my request is what is the pros and cons to each and the step by step guide to alter these items for best recommended configuration. and should these things be one before or after upgrading to 4.1?

How do you update a custom theme? Not literally, but what is your preference, to install it as a new theme and delete the old theme? Upload a new version? If you use upload a new version, do you get errors? Here is the reason I ask. I love his themes and use them on both of my sites. Is it possible to have IPB re-write urls being used on pagination to read: /pageXX where XX is of course the page number, instead of /?page=XX as it's currently being written? I do have all SEO features enabled and most URLS are SEO friendly, but these aren't. Thanks for any help!

I need a simple theme hook to hide the button (link) "quote" from posts. I want to let my users only able to quote a text by selecting it and clicking the MultiQuote (+) button. Hi all, I am looking for a cleaner, better way to do something seemingly simple: access the files associated with a download on the IPDownloads "view" page. The idea is to iterate through, and if file is deemed to be audio, automatically embed it in a media player. With 3.x I made this work by querying the database directly (hackish solution, but it works). My problem is that the $file variable does not seem to expose the files - it appears even the number of files is not specified anywhere? And if this is not possible... well, I am still quite new to 4.x - perhaps there is some other way to achieve the same result?

Hi all. Extracted the upgrade files to my server (Also tried through FTP) And I get this error every time. Some of the files were not as expected. They may have been manually modified or not uploaded correctly. /xxxx/xxxx/www/forum/system/Text/HtmlPurifierInternalLinkDef.php Any guidance on this would be great. First time this has ever happened, all past upgrades have went fine. I am on PHP Version 5.5.9 Also tried extracting fresh from a full IPB download.

Like PunchTab, BunchBall, or Lithium? Trying to get some better user retention by giving "points" that add up to things on the site - like Rank, achievements, awards, etc; or simple points to spend on raffles, prizes, gift cards. Certain amount of points for a daily visit, a new topic, a reply, a "like" ... Any IPB sites currently use one of those gamification services? How much do they cost?

Where in the CSS is the standard username color dictated? I need to change it for a specific theme as I offer multiple themes for my board. I altered the base IPS theme and made a dark version and I need to change the username color to white, instead of black. thanks in advanced!
