I recently migrated my server over to a new host. I changed folders and running background processes to move the files. The background processes are consistently causing Out of Memory errors. The new host has removed the memory limit that a PHP script is allowed to allocate by setting the PHP memory_limit parameter to -1. I have cleared System Cache, browser cache, and cloudflare cache. However the logs are still showing that Out of Memory. From what I can tell the scripts are about 65% complete with the move, but can't get any further.... When an error occurs on my website, system logs are starting to come and push the RAM, and my server crashes. Is there a way to disable System Logs? I can only see clearing options on the ACP.

Hello, My site is running now with PHP Version 7.4.3, and forum Version 4.7.1. I wonder what the correct order of operation is to minimize the damage. Should I first upgrade only the server to PHP8? And only after that, the forum to 4.7.2?

Removing 'guests' from the access list in the menu manager doesn't remove the search box from the top bar of my site. *Deleting* the menu item doesn't remove the search box. I'm using the Ortem theme from ipsfocus and there's no option in it for toggling the 'Search' box. I'm not sure if this is a theme or an Invision issue? Thanks! EDIT: Turned out to be a theme tweak was needed!

Hi, We have recently had an issue where facebook has stated we are in violation, for not having a Privacy Policy URL. We do and this has worked for ages. The page is visable, and can be access without logging in. I think it started just after we applied the last months update. I've noticed when I debug the URL, it comes back with error 403 on there tool. But does get the page, but the response code is 403. https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug If anyone else can try there site on the lastest version, that might help me. Hello IPS, I test with changes of 4.7.12 BETA 3 and still getting the error for many customers who were able to process their payments normally before upgrade of PayPal API. I understand the error means that this is PayPal who declined to process the payment but on basis on what? It has not been redirected to PayPal yet, just clicked to pay (and now the redirection should occur). That may mean PayPal did not like some data you sent within pre-request? Are you sure all fields are processed correctly? I have read that v2 API is crazy if something is missing, e.g. city. Hi, I've tried this both with a Cloud installation, and a self-hosted test forum. Bot forums using the most recent release. Cloud: tired setting a colour for one category - I could detect no change. I tried setting a color for a forum - this worked. However, I cannot copy the values ('Use' or 'Color') to other forums. I can disable the setting and revert to standard, but even this seems hit and miss. I can set a colour for each forum independently. We do see the live topics feature, however after testing, there does not appear to be any way for users to participate. I created a test live topic and had a team member try and see/contribute, but they never saw a way to do this. All they saw was a round wheel on the page. I also tried to add them as a host and that had no effect at all. Is there anything that is preventing members seeing the live topic?. Thanks Hans

I received an email from AWS with the title, "[ACTION REQUIRED] - Update your S3 object access to maintain connectivity" and to be honest, I'm out of my depth. I'll do a bit of backgrounding for context. We're an old old site cloud hosted with IPS and we've never really needed to grow what we do with our site on a technical level. Everything is simple and the community JustWorks. Our storage size has mounted up a LOT over the last 20yrs so I transitioned our storage to S3 using my very minimal amount of knowledge, and it seems to work. Hi, This is regarding the Pages (cms) app. We have a couple of databases with the review option enabled. Now, when I try to answer a review, at the front-end everything seems to be working, but the answer isn't saved in the database (I know because the review_author_response row in the cms_database_reviews is NULL for the review I replied to). I tried with thee default, unmodified theme, to the same result. It was working before when we were running an older version of IPS, but this issue only came to my attention today, when I tried to reply to a customer. Thanks!

After updating to 4.7.10 we're finding that YouTube embeds are failing, showing a blank box. Digging into the elements, the src is being set with "data-embed-src", if I change it to just "src" the iframe works. In one example, I used the wysiwyg editor to manually insert an iframe as follows: <iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" id="UIDREMOVED" name="fitvid0" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/example?rel=0&showinfo=0&color=white"></iframe> As you can see the source is defined with "src". Not sure if this qualifies as an actual issue/bug, but when opening the account menu on a mobile phone the box with the rank progress looks somewhat off. Shouldn't this have the same width like the menu itself (without the x button in the top left corner)? Also the rank progress box lies above the menu itself, so one has to scroll in order to get to all menu entries – something not everyone is aware of, so some functionality might be missed. For example in the screenshot you don't see that there is an option to log out of your account.

IPS Sitemap generator using special database table source for refreshing - core_sitemap. Primary search engine source of sitemap is url https://example.com/sitemap.php which is list of sub-sitemap files. You can see list of that files proceed for this link.
