Hi there! I am trying to build a custom database where my members can submit records. I created a custom template to display each individual record.. the template displays text information along with 4-5 images. The issue I have is that when I am trying from the front end to add/edit a new record, it gives me the option to upload only the first photo. The rest fields are shown only as titles.. You can see in the upload_01.png, "Photo 1" gives the option to upload an image while the rest are like inactive. In the upload_02.png, I swapped the fields and now for "Photo 2" I have the option to upload a photo.. and all the rest.. inactive. I have the permissi…

Well I've started looking at the tag functionality on our website. I'm very new to this and I'm struggling to find my way around. One thing though – is that I found a list of tags – about 1100 pages of them including words like and, the, from, before, in – you get the picture. Isn't there some way of excluding all of these kinds of word? Thanks

Strange one I just installed a new theme (a dark mode one) On my standard theme advertisements show just fine When I switch theme to the new dark theme no advertisements show at all. The install for the dark theme was just an XML file to change the CSS colours Any ideas why the advertisements features just wouldn't show on a new theme if all that's changed is the CSS/colours?

I recently shifted my forum from http to https using SSL certificate provided by Lets Encrypt. I followed the procedure as changing the URL from http to https by editing the file conf_global.php and then clearing the cache from forum AdminCP and then refreshing the license key. Now that all the member profile images are broken. When right clicked on broken image and selecting "open image in new tab" of google chrome browser, it was showing 403 error and when noticed, the URL was served with http link and not https. I have an issue with my site that I am trying to figure out, and would appreciate any tips or advice. My website displays "Community Resources" which contains outdated links, and links as well as an item that is hidden from the public. When I go into Menu Manager in the AdminCP, the entire category is missing from the menu manager, yet still displays on the website. I then tried to edit SQL directly, and it does not make any difference, if I change the values, it does not update or change the links on the active site to match what is in the database. Hi everyone, I want to give several of our staff members the ability to help our administrative team respond to support tickets. The only issue is I would not like the member's first and last name (if it was provided during checkout) to be displayed on the support ticket. Is there any way for us to disable a setting to remove the member's the name and show their username instead? Thank you!

As far as I can see the documentation, there is no indication as to how often the RSS feed is refreshed. Anyone have any idea on this please? Also, I suggested this before – it will be very nice to be able to filter the RSS feed out to various sub- forums depending on words or phrases – either included or excluded/white listed or blacklisted. But for the moment, any idea from anyone how often this feed is refreshed? I'm a bit surprised that one can't configure this

I am looking to improve the user experience for my members particularly on mobile view. Many of them find navigation on IPS next to impossible. This is for the most part due to the amount of different things there are on the forum, and as a result people often post in the wrong places, or worse still, simply don't find what they are looking for. I would like to pay a designer to improve this and have had the following idea which i would like feedback on. I have knocked up some crude mockups just to represent the idea. Hello Guys, I just renewed my license and try to auto upgrade from v4.1.19.3 to latest version. And i got this error after it extracted latest version files and redirected to next step. Now i have lost access to my front-end and back-end. Same error on both side. I created a ticket for official support but don't know how long it will take for a reply. Any suggestion how to get rid of this error and get back my site online? Or is there anyway to get older version files. v4.1.19.3 .. And replace them back. I'm looking into client area and can't see any option to get older release.
