I've just changed server, and now I'm finding that I cannot post in the forums. It gives me this message: [[Template forums/front/topics/topic is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] However, I flushed cache several times, I flushed Cloudflare's cache. Hello, My forum has 155246 amount of registered users and 247.617 topics created. I assume it´s sending too many email notifications and this leads me to have the email server blacklisted. Are there any plugins or options that I am not aware that allow to limit the number of notifications that are sent? Thanks you for your answers.

Hey I am using 4.4. I was thinking that using commerce along with downloads an ebook product could be sold by the community (as opposed to other members,) but so far it seems that admin would have to upload to the downloads area, just like any other member, and then sell via commerce. Am I right? Am I missing something? Subscriptions are pretty straight forward. Members selling one off products is pretty straight forward. Can anyone help? How does admin/staff sell one-off downloads using the invision suite? Cheers John

Hi, We have forums as the main application, so when we open www.ourwebsite.com we see the forums index page. However, we also see the same page if we open www.ourwebsite.com/forums/. Is there an easy way to redirect www.ourwebsite.com/forums/ to www.ourwebsite.com? Is that recommended? Thanks.

Hi everyone, I noticed this afternoon that I have an admin notification of a task not running. The notification is Locked Task: usagereporting Whenever I try to run this task, I get the red box error with a bunch of stuff in it with the error number 2C124/7. I'm about to lodge a support request for this, but wanted to put it here as well to see if any others have had similar issues.

Hello. In my tiny community I want to share some PDF documents that people can view instead of having to download first. Scribd was one such solution but I couldn't figure out how to embed scribd documents, though I can, on phpBB. Alternatively, is there any way to display multiple page PDFs? Figuring this out would really help.

I have a subscription package I would like to add current clients to which will not have a cost. However, I noticed when I was playing around with signing up, all subscription options I have pop up. I have been getting longtime members that have obviously lost their password or forgotten their username and try to login but can't and they can't reset their password because they no longer have the email address they registered with years ago. I of course get notification of the bounced emails when they try to reset their password. How do they reset their password or update their email address when this occurs? Is it even possible? Hi, Would like to convert my forum from http to https (self hosted) Is there a definitive guide for how to do the conversion, with specifics on how to fix the http over https images being served without errors? (which I read a lot about) For posts that reference other posts, do I need to do any SQL work to change the paths? How do you handle existing search indexes from say google, that have http but the server is now https? Does it automatically redirect? Well who would'a guessed it... Facebook take 6 weeks to review an app and decline it. Useless. I need to provide a screencast of how the permissions will be used. I'm not quite sure how I'm supposed to do that without the permissions, since nothing will work and the IPS software will not show the controls in use. Catch 22... Show me this chicken before it hatches. Does anybody have any ideas how to get around this?

I have a problem with my forums in that when you see you have a notification, I click the notification bell to see what it is, and it takes an absolute age to load the next bit, with the swirly animated thing telling me to hang on whilst it loads. This can't be normal? What could be slowing this down?

I haven't really done much with the block manager, but I was thinking about adding a sidebar. But I'd like to do so on a separate skin that my members can either opt to have the sidebar, or opt not to, depending on which skin they use. Is that possible, or are the added blocks added to all skins regardless?

If I wanted to give access to a developer to work on something, is it possible to select forums that won't show results in the API, basically I want the API to follow the same rules as I have in the forum that they are only accessible by certain people. Does the API give all or nothing or can it be restricted for different keys?

Hi guys, I try to embed this https://play.chessbase.com/en/Play?room=chesshouse into my Pages page, but I don't know why it only show a chess board that let 2 players in the game. But if you open the link https://play.chessbase.com/en/Play?room=chesshouse with other tab, it show as a chess room, is different when I use iframe insert it in my page, I missed something?
